郑州市中学生社团活动问题研究

【摘要】:随着素质教育日益发展,基础教育改革的不断深入,以及广大中学生自我意识发展,自我发展能力增强,社团生活已逐渐成为中学生生活的重要一部分。中学社团在培养中学生自我管理、培养中学生综合素质等方面具有重要作用,它成为促进中学生全面发展的一个重要的渠道,如今,各种中学生社团已成为中学校园一道亮丽的风景。近年来,郑州市中学生社团发展势头良好,中学社团的学生人数越来越多,社团活动丰富多彩。中学生社团被逐渐打造成校园文化的窗口、展示自我的课堂、张扬个性的舞台!但由于种种原因,很多因素制约了中学社团的健康持续发展。针对这一问题,笔者根据现有的研究,通过文献研究、日常观察、问卷调查、座谈访谈、比较研究等方法,从郑州市中学生社团活动的现实出发,努力展现郑州市中学社团活动的真实情况,分析和总结郑州市中学社团活动存在的问题,并分析了问题产生的原因。提出了一些可以帮助学生学习成长的改进中学社团发展的建议,希望能为郑州市中学社团的健康发展提供参考,并以此作为中学生社团发展研究的借鉴,以便于加强对中学生社团活动的指导。
[Abstract]:With the development of quality education, the deepening of the reform of basic education, and the development of self-consciousness and self-development ability of middle school students, the community life has gradually become an important part of the life of middle school students. The middle school community plays an important role in cultivating middle school students' self-management and their comprehensive quality. It has become an important channel to promote the all-round development of middle school students. All kinds of middle school students' associations have become a beautiful scenery on the campus of middle school. In recent years, the Zhengzhou middle school student association develops the momentum well, the middle school association student number is more and more, the community activity is rich and colorful. Middle school students' associations are gradually made into the window of campus culture, showing their own classroom, spreading the stage of personality! However, due to various reasons, many factors have restricted the healthy and sustainable development of the middle school community. In order to solve this problem, according to the existing research, through the methods of literature research, daily observation, questionnaire survey, interview and comparison, the author proceeds from the reality of the social activities of middle school students in Zhengzhou. This paper tries to show the real situation of the activities of the middle school associations in Zhengzhou, analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the activities of the associations in the middle schools of Zhengzhou, and analyzes the causes of the problems. This paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the development of middle school associations which can help students to learn and grow, hoping to provide a reference for the healthy development of middle school associations in Zhengzhou, and as a reference for the study of the development of middle school students' associations. In order to strengthen the guidance to the activities of middle school students.
