厦门市体育中考对学生体质及锻炼影响与对策研究

【摘要】：体育中考是国家教育部为了提高学生体质、促进学校体育工作而采用的一种方式,以“健康第一”为指导思想,目的是为了促进学生身心协调、全面的发展,树立终身体育的意识。厦门市体育中考成绩纳入升学总分后,不仅教育主管部门对体育重视起来,还引起了社会和家长的关注,同时也极大地激发了广大中学生参加体育锻炼的积极性和主动性,给学校体育的蓬勃发展带来了生机和活力,并给广大体育教师提出了新的研究课题。为此,本人针对体育中考对厦门学生体质及体育锻炼的影响做了调查研究。本研究使用了文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、测试法、个案分析法、数理统计法等研究方法。研究结果表明：厦门实施体育中考后,学生身体机能和运动能力等方面的综合评定成绩明显提高,学生的身体素质得到很大的提高。为了更好地增强学生体质,建议做到以下几个方面：体育课、体锻和课间操活动正常、有效的开展；要给学生较充足的时间参加体育锻炼；各部门多联系、多探讨初三体育工作,制定正确、有效的方针政策；处理好文化科目教学内容与体育中考项目的关系；加强引导、培养学生主动锻炼身体的意识。
[Abstract]:Physical education examination is a way adopted by the Ministry of Education in order to improve students' physique and promote physical education work in schools. It is guided by the idea of "health first" in order to promote the harmonious and comprehensive development of students' body and mind. Establish the consciousness of lifelong sports. After the results of the entrance examination in Xiamen City were incorporated into the total score for further studies, not only did the education authorities attach importance to physical education, but also attracted the attention of the society and parents. At the same time, it greatly stimulated the enthusiasm and initiative of the vast number of middle school students to participate in physical exercise. It brings vitality and vitality to the vigorous development of school physical education, and puts forward new research topics for the majority of physical education teachers. Therefore, I made an investigation on the influence of physical examination on Xiamen students' physique and physical exercise. This study uses the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, logic analysis, test, case analysis, mathematical statistics and so on. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation results of students' physical function and sports ability are obviously improved, and the students' physical quality has been greatly improved after the implementation of the physical examination in Xiamen. In order to enhance students' physique better, the following aspects are suggested: physical education, physical exercise and exercise activities between classes are normal and effective; students should be given more time to participate in physical exercise; various departments should contact each other. We should probe into the work of physical education in the third grade of junior high school, formulate correct and effective principles and policies, handle the relationship between the teaching contents of cultural subjects and the items of physical examination, strengthen the guidance and cultivate the students' consciousness of active physical exercise.
