初中女生校园暴力问题及对策研究

【摘要】：近年来女生校园暴力事件开始频频发生,其严重影响了学生和教师的正常学习和生活,所以女生校园暴力已经成为我们亟待解决的问题,本文是基于这样的背景进行研究的。女生校园暴力主要是指在校女生在校园及学校周边区域故意对师生或校外人员的人身以及财产造成损害的行为。本研究通过揭示初中女生校园暴力的特点,提出相应的解决对策,希望能够为相关研究人员提供参考。本文采用了文献法和问卷调查法进行研究,通过对大量相关文献的分析,以及对问卷数据的整理,总结出了初中女生校园暴力的几个显著特点,其主要特点如下:1.初中女生发生校园暴力的主要形式是多对一;2.初中女生校园暴力的易发时间是晚上放学时间;3.初中女生校园暴力的易发地点是校园的偏僻角落;4.初中女生校园暴力主要采取的方式是言语争吵;5.初中女生校园暴力危害的主要方面是心理方面;6.初中女生校园暴力的危害程度是轻微暴力和一般暴力。针对初中女生校园暴力的特点,本研究提出了一系列的解决对策,这些解决对策主要分为三个大的方面,分别是学校帮助家庭预防和治理校园暴力的措施、学校预防和治理校园暴力的措施、学校参与社会预防和治理校园暴力的措施。本研究运用了多种方法对初中女生校园暴力的特点进行总结,并深入分析其产生的原因,最后初步探索出相应的解决对策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the school violence of girls began to occur frequently, which seriously affected the normal study and life of students and teachers. Therefore, the violence of girls on campus has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper is based on this background to carry on the research. Schoolgirl violence mainly refers to the behavior that the schoolgirl intentionally damages the person and property of the teachers and students or the persons outside the school in the campus and the area around the school. Through revealing the characteristics of middle school girls' campus violence, this study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, hoping to provide reference for relevant researchers. This article adopts the literature method and the questionnaire method to carry on the research, through to the massive correlation literature analysis, as well as to the questionnaire data collation, has summed up the junior high school girl schoolyard violence several remarkable characteristics, its main characteristic is as follows: 1. The main form of school violence among girls in junior high school is many-to-one. Junior high school girls are prone to violence in school is the evening after school time. Junior high school girls violence on campus is a remote corner of the campus. Junior high school girls violence in the school mainly adopted the way is verbal quarrel. The main aspect of violence in junior high school is psychological aspect. The degree of violence in junior high school is mild violence and general violence. In view of the characteristics of middle school girls' school violence, this study puts forward a series of solutions, which are mainly divided into three major aspects, which are the measures that schools help families to prevent and control school violence. School measures to prevent and control school violence, schools participate in social prevention and control of school violence measures. This study uses various methods to sum up the characteristics of junior high school girls' campus violence, and analyzes the causes of the violence in depth. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are preliminarily explored.
