沐川中学班级文化建设的困境研究

【摘要】:班级文化是影响学生生活质量和人格形成最直接的文化之一,班级文化的建设则理所当然成为热点研究课题。研究目的是运用文化分层理论为理论支撑,分析班级文化建设的影响因素,分析造成困境的背景根源,知道了困境及其根源就可以为未来班级文化建设的理想境界提供理论依据。研究创新,在于以文化结构分层理论为工具,从行为层、制度层,价值层、信仰层分析班级文化的构成要素及其相互影响,探讨建设困境的影响因素,文化心理分层理论找出造成困境的背景根源,在此尝试提出以人为本进行班级文化建设的建议,促使学生全面发展,实现自我管理。目前有关班级文化建设的研究理论还不成熟,多数横向静态描述内容“是什么、怎么做”。对其“如何形成”,“怎样发展”以及“何种形式形成”等纵向建设研究少,针对对山区农村高中研究更少,农村普通高中缺乏可供实际操作的成功模型。而沐川中学是贫困山区的农村普通高中,家庭、社会对高考升学率相当关注,很少注重学生价值观念的形成。本研究采取文献法、访谈调查法和观察法,以沐川中学高2012级7班的班级文化建设为研究对象。本研究内容分五部分:第一章围绕“研究什么”和“为什么研究”,首先阐述了本选题的研究背景、研究意义、文献研究和研究方法思路、核心概念;第二章以沐川中学班级为研究样本,通过访谈、观察法研究了沐川中学班级文化建设现实困境;第三章以班级文化分层理论为理论基础,探讨沐川中学班级文化建设的影响因素及原因分析;第四章根据人本主义理论、双主体理论和班级文化分层理论提出了加强沐川中学班级文化建设的设想,这一部分探讨班级文化建设内容的具体实施策略;第五章结语主要是笔者对于本次研究的总结与反思。
[Abstract]:Class culture is one of the most direct cultures that affect the quality of life and the formation of personality, and the construction of class culture has naturally become a hot research topic. The purpose of the study is to use the theory of cultural stratification as the theoretical support, to analyze the influence factors of the class culture construction, and to analyze the background causes of the dilemma. Knowing the predicament and its origin can provide theoretical basis for the ideal state of class culture construction in the future. The research and innovation lies in analyzing the elements of class culture and its mutual influence from the behavior layer, system layer, value layer and belief layer with the theory of cultural structure stratification as the tool, and discussing the influencing factors of the construction predicament. Based on the theory of cultural psychological stratification, the author tries to find out the background root of the predicament, and try to put forward the suggestion of "people-oriented" to carry out the construction of class culture in order to promote the students' all-round development and realize self-management. At present, the research theory about class culture construction is not mature, most horizontal static description content "what is, how to do". There are few researches on how to form, how to develop and what form to form, but there are fewer researches on rural high schools in mountainous areas, and there is a lack of successful models for practical operation in rural high schools. Muchuan Middle School is a rural ordinary high school in poor mountainous area. The society pays much attention to the entrance rate of college entrance examination and pays little attention to the formation of students' values. In this study, the methods of literature, interview and observation were used to study the class culture construction of class 7 in grade 2012 of Muchuan Middle School. This research is divided into five parts: the first chapter focuses on "what to study" and "why to study". First, it expounds the research background, research significance, literature research and research methods, core concepts; The second chapter takes the Muchuan middle school class as the research sample, through the interview, the observation method has studied the Muchuan middle school class culture construction realistic predicament, the third chapter takes the class culture stratification theory as the theoretical foundation, the third chapter takes the class culture stratification theory as the theoretical foundation, In chapter four, according to the theory of humanism, the theory of double subject and the theory of stratification of class culture, the author puts forward the idea of strengthening the construction of class culture in Muchuan middle school. This part discusses the concrete implementation strategies of the content of class culture construction; the fifth chapter is the conclusion and reflection of this study.
