中小学生公共责任意识培养问题研究

【摘要】:公共责任意识是现在以及未来社会对人才的基本要求之一。中小学生公共责任意识是指中小学生在对公共生活有一定的了解的基础上对公共生活所持有的态度、情感以及行为选择。对中小学生进行公共责任意识的培养不但对中小学生自我完善有所帮助,对国家人才战略的实施和和谐社会的实现也都有影响。本文作者认为,中小学生时期是价值观形成的重要时期,对中小学生进行公共责任意识的培养势在必行。中小学生公共责任意识的培养工作主要受到社会环境、家庭教育环境、学校教育环境的综合影响。本文将重点研究学校这一公共组织对中小学生公共责任意识的培养问题。本文作者一共从五个部分来构建全文,第一部分是绪论部分,剖析了本文的研究背景,本课题的研究意义和研究方法,并对相关概念做了界定。第二部分是问题部分,本文作者对大量的文献进行了分析,并把不同学者的调查报告和研究成果与作者对所在城市的乡镇和市区内几所学校进行的抽样问卷调查的结果结合起来,通过纵向和横向的比较分析,客观地阐述了目前中小学校对其学生进行公共责任意识培养的现状。第三部分又紧扣第二部分,分析了目前中小学生公共责任意识培养过程中出现的问题,并针对中小学生公共责任意识培养过程中所显现出来的问题做了三方面的原因分析:其一,社会文化转型的影响;其二,家庭教育的影响;其三,学校自身的影响。第四部分是本文的重点,作者以学校这一公共组织为落脚点,对中小学生公共责任意识的培养路径进行了探析,本文作者尝试性的从学校组织价值理念的变革,学校课程设置的优化,具体行为体系的构建等方面提出了一些建议。最后一部分是结语,简要的总结了本文的主要内容和中心思想并提出了有关中小学生公共责任意识培养的其他研究视角和发展空间,作者认为结合经济学人力资源与人力资本的转化,以此来研究中小学生公共责任意识的培养有很大的空间。本文研究的重点问题是中小学校对中小学生公共责任意识的培养问题,采取理论和实践调查相结合的方法,清晰的阐述了中小学生公共责任意识培养的现状,并对现存问题提出了具有实践意义的对策。
[Abstract]:The consciousness of public responsibility is one of the basic requirements for talents in present and future society. The public responsibility consciousness of primary and middle school students refers to the attitude, emotion and behavior choice of public life held by primary and middle school students on the basis of a certain understanding of public life. The cultivation of public responsibility consciousness not only helps primary and middle school students to improve themselves, but also influences the implementation of national talent strategy and the realization of harmonious society. The author holds that the period of primary and middle school students is an important period for the formation of values, and it is imperative to cultivate the public responsibility consciousness of primary and middle school students. The cultivation of public responsibility consciousness of primary and middle school students is mainly influenced by social environment, family education environment and school education environment. This paper focuses on the cultivation of public responsibility consciousness of primary and middle school students by school as a public organization. The author constructs the full text from five parts altogether, the first part is the introduction part, has analyzed the research background, the research significance and the research method of this topic, and has made the definition to the related concept. The second part is the problem part, the author has carried on the analysis to the massive literature, And combine the investigation reports and research results of different scholars with the results of sampling questionnaires conducted by the author to several schools and towns in the city, and through vertical and horizontal comparative analysis, This paper objectively expounds the present situation of public responsibility consciousness cultivation in primary and middle schools. The third part is closely related to the second part, and analyzes the problems in the process of cultivating the public responsibility consciousness of primary and middle school students. And for primary and secondary school students in the process of public responsibility awareness of the emergence of three aspects of the analysis of the causes: first, the impact of social and cultural transformation; second, the impact of family education; third, the impact of the school itself. The fourth part is the focal point of this paper, the author takes the school as the public organization as the foothold, has carried on the analysis to the primary and middle school student public responsibility consciousness cultivation path, this article author attempts from the school organization value idea transformation, Some suggestions on the optimization of school curriculum and the construction of concrete behavior system are put forward. The last part is the conclusion, which summarizes the main contents and central ideas of this paper and puts forward other research perspectives and development space about the cultivation of public responsibility consciousness of primary and middle school students. The author thinks that there is great space to study the cultivation of public responsibility consciousness of primary and middle school students in combination with the transformation of human resources and human capital in economics. The key problem of this paper is the cultivation of public responsibility consciousness of primary and middle school students. By combining theory with practice investigation, this paper clearly expounds the present situation of public responsibility consciousness cultivation of primary and middle school students. And put forward some practical countermeasures to the existing problems.
