山阳县普通高中音乐教育现状调查与对策研究

【摘要】：在如今这个知识经济的时代,为了适应时代的需求,我国传统教育体制也大刀阔斧的进行改革。素质教育一直都是我国教育体制改革的核心部分,而音乐教学对提高学生素养与综合素质更有着至关重要的作用。2003年以来,山阳县全县范围内的普通高级中学都严格按照《普通高中音乐新课程标准》的教学理念实施音乐课堂教学。经过近十二年的教学实践,全县大部分普通高中的音乐教学师资力量以及基础设施都有所增加,但从整体上看,仍然有待进一步提升。本文希望从山阳县普通高中音乐教学改革的实践活动中,总结出具体的实践成果以及相关经验,并思考如何将新课改的理念进一步延伸和推广。具体的调查方法如下：本文在山阳县3所高中的师生作为本次研究的调查对象,分别为2700名学生、6名音乐教师。然后,根据国家教育部印发的有关规程和条例,编制“山阳县普通高中音乐教育现状调查学生问卷-山阳县普通高中音乐教育现状调查教师问卷”。后期回收了2400份有效问卷,本人对问卷数据进行了认真的处理和分析,同时结合笔者的实际调研情况,从而分析总结出山阳县普通高级中学音乐教学普遍存在的问题以及相关成因。如下：总体来说,山阳县普通高级中学基本上都有开始音乐课程,但课程设置并不多；新课程标准的在该地区并没有得到大范围的推行；音乐教材基本都是比较陈旧落后的；该地区的现代教育技术有待提高；相比规规矩矩的进行课堂学习,学生更喜爱课外音乐活动；该地区学生整体音乐素养仍需提升。本文结合实际调查结果所显示的山阳县普通高中音乐教育存在的问题及成因,提出相应的解决对策如下：从教师角度来看,该地区的各大高校音乐教师仍不断深造学习,提升自身的音乐专业素养与综合素质；不断进行创造教学,提升课堂教学效率；大力开展课外音乐活动。从学校的角度来说,正确对待学生的差异,多多开展第二课堂教学：同时学校还需完善教师教学评价体系,从而提升音乐教师的教学积极性；大力支持音乐教师的深造学习并组织教师现代多媒体技术培训。通过本人在山阳县支教的实际研究,希望对山阳县的普通高中音乐教育有所改善。
[Abstract]:In this era of knowledge economy, in order to meet the needs of the times, the traditional education system of our country also carries on the drastic reform. Quality education has always been the core part of the reform of our educational system, and music teaching has played a more important role in improving students' literacy and comprehensive quality. All the senior middle schools in Shanyang county implement music classroom teaching strictly in accordance with the teaching idea of the New Curriculum Standards of Music in ordinary High Schools. After nearly 12 years of teaching practice, the teaching staff and infrastructure of music teaching in most senior high schools in the county have increased, but on the whole, it still needs to be further improved. This paper hopes to sum up concrete practical results and relevant experiences from the practical activities of music teaching reform in ordinary senior high schools in Shanyang County, and consider how to further extend and popularize the idea of the new curriculum reform. The specific investigation methods are as follows: the teachers and students of 3 high schools in Shanyang County are the subjects of this study, including 2700 students and 6 music teachers. Then, according to the relevant rules and regulations issued by the Ministry of Education, a questionnaire for students in the current situation of high school music education in Shanyang County and a questionnaire for teachers in the investigation of the current situation of music education in ordinary senior high schools in Shanyang County were compiled. In the later period, 2400 valid questionnaires were collected, and the questionnaire data were carefully processed and analyzed. At the same time, combined with the actual investigation situation of the author, The paper analyzes and summarizes the common problems and related causes of music teaching in ordinary high schools in Shanyang County. As a whole, the ordinary senior middle schools in Shanyang County have started music courses basically, but the curriculum is not much; the new curriculum standard has not been carried out in this area, the music teaching materials are basically old and backward; The modern education technology in this area needs to be improved; students prefer extracurricular music activities more than regular classroom study; the overall music literacy of students in this area still needs to be improved. Based on the existing problems and causes of music education in ordinary high schools in Shanyang County, this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions as follows: from the perspective of teachers, the music teachers in various universities in this area are still studying further. Improve their own music professional literacy and comprehensive quality; constantly create teaching, improve classroom teaching efficiency; vigorously carry out extracurricular music activities. From the school point of view, we should treat the difference of students correctly and carry out the second classroom teaching. At the same time, the school also needs to improve the evaluation system of teachers' teaching so as to promote the teaching enthusiasm of music teachers; Support music teachers' further study and organize teachers' modern multimedia technical training. Through the actual research of my teaching in Shanyang County, I hope to improve the music education of ordinary high school in Shanyang County.
