我国高中创新人才培养模式的构建研究

【摘要】:创新是一个民族的灵魂,也是一个国家发展的驱动力。知识经济风暴已开始席卷全球,知识创新将成为未来社会文化的基础和核心,创新人才将成为决定国家和企业竞争力的关键。创新人才尤其是拔尖人才培养模式的研究已经成为国家创新人才培养战略中日益凸显的课题。高中教育在整个教育体系中起承上启下的作用,地位十分重要。高中生的创新能力培养不但可以带动基础教育的创新改革,还可以推动我国高等教育创新发展。本文将对高中创新人才培养模式进行研究。本研究包括四个方面,分别是绪论、创新视域下我国高中人才培养模式的调查、国外高中创新人才培养模式研究、我国高中创新人才培养试点校的主要经验、我国高中创新人才培养模式的构想。第一章绪论部分,首先阐述了本课题的研究背景、研究问题及研究意义,然后分别界定了创新、创新人才、创新人才培养模式的概念,总结了国内外对创新概念、创新思维产生及过程、创新人才成长规律、创新人才影响因素、创新人才培养模式等相关内容的研究,交代了本文的研究思路和研究方法,最后表述了本文的研究创新点和要面对的困难。第二章创新视域下我国高中人才培养模式的调查研究部分,围绕创新品格、创新基础知识、创新能力基础及创新能力培养等方面分别从教育目标、课程安排、课堂教学行为、课后实践活动以及教育评价几个方面展开分析其优点和不足之处。第三章国外高中创新人才培养模式研究部分,分别从创新品格培养、创新基础知识培养、创新能力基础构建、创新能力培养四个维度介绍国外的先进经验。第四章我国高中创新人才培养试点院校的主要经验研究部分,和第三章结构大体一样分别从创新品格、创新知识基础、创新能力基础、创新人才培养四个方面结合实际案例分析。我们将针对我国高中人才培养模式面临的困难和障碍结合我国创新人才培养试点(创新班、创新学校、创新人才培养基地)的实践现状提出可行方案,创建符合我国实际的创新人才培养模式。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the soul of a nation and the driving force of a country's development. Knowledge economy storm has begun to sweep the world, knowledge innovation will become the foundation and core of social culture in the future, innovative talents will become the key to determine the competitiveness of countries and enterprises. The research on the training mode of innovative talents, especially the top talents, has become an increasingly prominent topic in the national strategy of training innovative talents. High school education plays an important role in the whole education system. The cultivation of high school students' innovative ability can not only promote the innovation reform of basic education, but also promote the innovation and development of higher education in China. This article will carry on the research to the high school innovation talented person training pattern. This research includes four aspects, which are introduction, investigation of Chinese senior high school talent training model in the field of innovation, research on foreign high school innovation talent training model, and main experience of our country's high school innovation talent training pilot school. The Conception of cultivating Mode of Creative talents in Senior High School in China. The first chapter introduces the background, problems and significance of the research, and then defines the concept of innovation and innovative talents training mode, summarizes the concept of innovation at home and abroad. The research on the production and process of innovative thinking, the growth law of innovative talents, the influencing factors of innovative talents, the training mode of innovative talents, and so on, explains the research ideas and research methods of this paper. Finally, this paper describes the innovation of the research and difficulties to be faced. The second chapter is about the investigation and research of the training mode of senior high school talents from the perspective of innovation, focusing on the innovation character, the basic knowledge of innovation, the foundation of innovation ability and the cultivation of innovation ability, respectively from the aspects of educational goal, curriculum arrangement and classroom teaching behavior. The advantages and disadvantages of after-class practical activities and educational evaluation are analyzed. The third chapter introduces the advanced experience of foreign countries from four aspects: the cultivation of innovation character, the cultivation of basic knowledge of innovation, the construction of foundation of innovation ability and the cultivation of innovation ability. The fourth chapter is the main empirical research part of the pilot institutions of senior high school innovation talent training, and the structure of the third chapter is roughly the same from the innovation character, the innovation knowledge base, the innovation ability foundation, respectively. Four aspects of innovative talent training combined with practical case analysis. In view of the difficulties and obstacles faced by the training mode of senior high school talents in our country, we will put forward a feasible plan in combination with the practical situation of the pilot projects of training innovative talents in our country (innovation classes, innovative schools, and training bases for innovative talents). To establish an innovative talent training model in line with the reality of our country.
