宁夏基础教育师资需求预测与培养

【摘要】：通过对近8年宁夏基础教育师资队伍的师资数量、年龄结构、学科结构、学段结构、专任教师的数量分布结构等进行全面的梳理、剖析,推测预算出宁夏未来5年基础教育师资的需求数量。在此基础上,结合宁夏高校师范专业人才培养现状,提出宁夏高校人才培养的优化策略。
[Abstract]:Through the comprehensive analysis of the number of teachers, age structure, subject structure, learning section structure, and the number and distribution structure of full-time teachers of basic education teachers in Ningxia in the past eight years, Estimate the budget of Ningxia in the next five years the number of basic education teachers. On the basis of this, combining with the present situation of teacher training in colleges and universities in Ningxia, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of talent training in colleges and universities in Ningxia.
