初中生自主学习的现状调查及教师引领策略研究

【摘要】:随着新课程改革的实施,人们普遍认为,只有改变了学生的学习方式,改变以教师、课堂、书本为中心的传统课堂,学生的学习状况才会得以改善,自主学习开始渐渐走进人们的视线。自主学习与其它的学习方式相比较,重在培育学生创造的意识和动手操作的能力。在把新课程理念转化为具体的课堂教学实践的过程中,学生的学习方式具有举足轻重的作用。自主学习作为新一轮课程改革的主要学习方式之一,成为新课改提倡的重要学习方式,并越来越受到老师和学生的欢迎。然而在教育实践中,学生的自主学习方式的形成面临着诸多问题。本文围绕初中生自主学习,从教师的引领作用出发,研究如何从教师的角度来改善学生的自主学习。通过问卷调查得出初中生自主学习中存在的问题,探讨初中生自主学习问题的成因,并从教师的引领作用出发,针对性地找到提高初中生自主学习的有效策略,从而使学生学会学习、学会自己学习,从而真正成为学习的主人。论文主要分为四部分:第一部分主要介绍了研究问题的缘起,以及研究的意义,探讨了初中生进行自主学习的意义,以及本研究的研究思路;第二部分对自主学习的相关概念以及理论基础进行了介绍,为后文方便调查研究,该部分增加了自主学习的影响因素的内容,并分别解释了学习方式、自主性、自主学习、教师引领等主要概念;介绍了国内外对于自主学习研究的主要内容,对国内外研究综述的评论中提出了其中的问题和不足;第三部分主要为研究调查阶段,包括问卷的制作与实施等过程。并分别从五个方面讨论了初中生自主学习的现状及存在的问题,主要包括学习动机、自主学习意识、学习策略、学习过程监控、学习环境;第四部分为依据调查数据,提出教师引领学生自主学习的策略,指出为培养学生的自主学习应改善学生的非智力因素影响、应提高学生的学习动机等。其中三、四部分为本研究的重、难点内容。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, it is generally believed that only by changing the learning style of students and changing the traditional classroom centered on teachers, classrooms and books, can students' learning conditions be improved. Independent learning began to come into people's sight gradually. Compared with other learning methods, autonomous learning focuses on cultivating students' creative consciousness and hands-on ability. In the process of transforming the new curriculum concept into concrete classroom teaching practice, students' learning style plays an important role. As one of the main learning methods in the new round of curriculum reform, autonomous learning has become an important learning method advocated by the new curriculum reform, and has been more and more welcomed by teachers and students. However, in educational practice, the formation of students' autonomous learning mode is facing many problems. This paper focuses on junior high school students' autonomous learning and studies how to improve students' autonomous learning from the perspective of teachers. Through the questionnaire survey, the problems in junior high school students' autonomous learning are obtained, and the causes of junior high school students' autonomous learning problems are discussed, and the effective strategies for improving junior high school students' autonomous learning are found from the leading role of teachers. In order to make students learn to learn, learn to learn their own, so as to truly become the master of learning. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part mainly introduces the origin of the research problems and the significance of the research, discusses the significance of junior high school students' autonomous learning, as well as the research ideas of this study; The second part introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of autonomous learning, for the convenience of investigation and research later, this part adds the content of influencing factors of autonomous learning, and explains the way of learning, autonomy, autonomous learning, respectively. The main concepts, such as teacher-leading, introduce the main contents of autonomous learning research at home and abroad, and put forward the problems and shortcomings in the review of domestic and foreign research. The third part is the stage of research and investigation. Including the production and implementation of the questionnaire and other processes. And discussed the current situation and existing problems of junior high school students' autonomous learning from five aspects, mainly including learning motivation, autonomous learning awareness, learning strategies, learning process monitoring, learning environment; the fourth part is based on the survey data, This paper puts forward the strategies of teachers leading students to learn autonomously, and points out that in order to cultivate students' autonomous learning, the influence of students' non-intelligence factors should be improved, and the students' learning motivation should be improved. Among them, three and four parts are the heavy and difficult content of this study.
