情景教学法在职高商务英语口语教学中的实证研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化,我国与其他国家和地区的商贸活动越来越频繁,对商务人员的业务要求也越来越高。在这一社会背景下,商务英语口语教学成为职业高中院校英语教学的重要组成部分。因此,教师在商务英语口语教学中找到一套科学有效的英语口语教学方法是势在必行的。因此本文将研究视角放在情景教学法在职高商务英语口语教学的应用上。情景教学法就是教师根据教学内容,创设真实或半真实的语言环境,使学生积极主动地参与到教学活动中。本论文以建构主义理论、克拉申的输入假说和情感过滤理论为主要理论依据,对将情景教学法应用于职高商务英语口语教学进行了实证研究。本论文提出了如下几个问题:1)情景教学法能否提高学生学习商务英语口语的兴趣?2)情景教学法能否降低学生学习商务英语口语的焦虑?3)情景教学法能否提高学生学习商务英语口语成绩?为了更好地将情景教学法应用于职高商务英语口语教学中,作者选取了锦州职业高中商务英语专业的两个平行班作为实验对象。一个班为实验班,采用情景教学法。另一个班级为控制班,采用传统教学法。实验时间从2014年9月到2015年1月,共18周。作者用调查问卷对学生学习商务英语口语的兴趣和焦虑情况进行了调查,首先在锦州职业高中对学生的商务英语水平进行了测试,并对其进行前后两次英语口语测试。所有的收集数据都用SPSS进行分析。研究结果表明:1、用情景教学法进行商务英语口语教学提高了学生的学习兴趣。2、情景教学法可以缓解学生在商务英语口语学习过程中的焦虑。3、情景教学法能有效提高学生的英语口语成绩。这说明在职高商务英语口语教学中应用情景教学法是可行的、有效的。希望本研究对一线的职高商务英语教师有所启发、借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization, the business activities between China and other countries and regions are more and more frequent, and the business requirements of business personnel are becoming higher and higher. Under this social background, oral business English teaching has become an important part of English teaching in vocational high schools. Therefore, it is imperative for teachers to find a set of scientific and effective oral English teaching methods. Therefore, this paper focuses on the application of situational approach in oral English teaching in vocational high schools. Situational teaching method is to create a real or semi-real language environment according to the content of teaching so that students can actively participate in teaching activities. Based on constructivism, Krashen's input hypothesis and affective filtering theory, this thesis makes an empirical study on the application of situational approach to oral English teaching in vocational schools. This thesis puts forward the following questions: 1) whether situational approach can improve students' interest in learning oral business English 2) whether situational approach can reduce students' anxiety in learning oral business English 3) whether situational approach can improve students' interest in oral business English Oral English for Business English? In order to better apply situational approach to oral business English teaching in vocational high schools, the author chooses two parallel classes of business English majors in Jinzhou Vocational High School as experimental objects. A class for the experimental class, the use of situational teaching method. The other class is the control class, using the traditional teaching method. The experiment lasted 18 weeks from September 2014 to January 2015. The author investigates the students' interest and anxiety in learning oral business English by questionnaire. Firstly, the students' level of business English is tested in Jinzhou Vocational High School, and the students' oral English is tested twice before and after the test. All collected data were analyzed using SPSS. The result shows that using situational approach in oral business English teaching can improve students' interest in learning. Situational approach can relieve students' anxiety in the process of oral business English learning, and situational approach can be effectively proposed. High school students' oral English scores. This shows that it is feasible and effective to apply situational approach in oral English teaching in vocational high schools. It is hoped that this study can be used as a reference for the first line teachers of business English in vocational schools.
