从“高质量教师”到“高效教师”:美国中小学教师评价的新方向

【摘要】:"高质量教师"计划是美国进入21世纪之后在教师专业发展方面的一项重要教育行动,其使命在于通过一系列的举措提高教师整体质量,从而促进学生成长和教育公平。"高效教师"的提出是对"高质量教师"计划的延续和发展,但在对教师质量本质的认识上有了根本性转变,更为关注学生的学习成果和现实的行为表现,并通过建立一套全新的教师评价体系来达到培养"高效教师"的目的。
[Abstract]:The "quality teacher" program is an important educational initiative for the professional development of teachers in the United States after entering the 21st century. Its mission is to improve the overall quality of teachers through a series of measures to promote student growth and education equity. " The proposal of "efficient teacher" is the continuation and development of the "high quality teacher" program, but there has been a fundamental change in the understanding of the nature of teacher quality, and more attention has been paid to the students' learning results and practical behavior. And through the establishment of a new set of teacher evaluation system to achieve the purpose of training "efficient teachers".
