基于普通高中新课程标准的运动技能教学策略研究

【摘要】:学校体育工作关系到每一个学生的体质健康,让每个学生学会两至三项终身受益的体育锻炼项目是2003年实施的新《普通高中体育与健康课程标准》(简称“高中新课程标准”)的基本要求。运动技能的学习是普通高中体育与健康课程教学的核心内容之一,也是实现高中体育与健康课程其它具体教学目标的有效载体。运动技能的学习体现着学校体育与健康课程教学的重要意义和价值。运动技能的习得主要是通过学校体育课程教学来实现,在义务教育阶段学生所学基本运动技能的基础上,高中体育课程教学应尊重学生的不同运动需求,运用相应的教学策略,引导学生选择自己喜好或感兴趣的运动项目进行系统的学习,逐步形成运动爱好和体育专长,发展运动能力,提高体育文化素养,为终身体育的健康、快速发展奠定良好基础。本文根据“高中新课程标准”的基本要求,运用文献资料法、教学实验法、比较分析法为研究方法,以山西省永济市第三高级中学高二年级篮球选项课教学为例,对高中体育课程教学中运动技能的重要作用、运动技能教学策略的制定依据与运用等主要问题进行了探讨研究。研究结果如下:(1)通过对山西省永济市第三高级中学体育课程教学实践中运动技能教学现状研究分析发现,存在有体育教师对运动技能教学定位不明确、运动技能教学方式单一、运动技能教学重视程度不够等问题。(2)制定运动技能教学策略的主要依据为运动技能教学目标、学生原有的运动水平、具体运动技能教学内容和体育教师自身的专业水平。(3)根据高中体育课程与健康课程标准实施要求和学生运动需求,在高中二年级篮球选项课教学中,按照教学不同阶段任务,设计与运用了分层分组递进教学策略、自主发展教学策略、合作教学策略等三种运动技能教学策略。经过一学期的篮球选项课教学实验,通过对学生篮球运动技能学习成绩测试和学生体质健康测试成绩的比较分析,证明运动技能教学策略运用效果良好。建议:(1)在高中体育课程教学中要高度重视运动技能教学,加强对运动教学策略的研究(2)紧密结合体育与健康课程目标进行运动技能教学(3)合理有效地开发和利用体育运动技能资源
[Abstract]:School sports work is related to the physical health of every student, It is the basic requirement of the New Curriculum Standard of physical Education and Health (abbreviated as "New Curriculum Standard of Senior High School") that every student can learn two or three items of lifelong benefit. The study of sports skills is one of the core contents of physical education and health course teaching in senior high school, and it is also an effective carrier to realize other specific teaching goals of physical education and health course in senior high school. The study of sports skills embodies the important significance and value of physical education and health course teaching in schools. The acquisition of sports skills is mainly realized through the teaching of physical education courses in schools. On the basis of the basic sports skills learned by students in the compulsory education stage, the teaching of physical education courses in senior high schools should respect the students' different sports needs and apply the corresponding teaching strategies. To guide students to choose their own favorite or interested sports for systematic study, gradually forming sports hobbies and sports expertise, develop sports ability, improve sports cultural literacy, and lay a good foundation for the healthy and rapid development of lifelong sports. According to the basic requirements of the New Curriculum Standard of Senior Middle School, this paper uses the method of literature, teaching experiment and comparative analysis as the research method, taking the teaching of basketball elective course in Grade two of the third Senior Middle School in Yongji City, Shanxi Province as an example. This paper probes into the important role of sports skills in the teaching of physical education in senior high school, the basis and application of the teaching strategies of sports skills, and so on. The results are as follows: (1) through the analysis of the present situation of sports skills teaching in the teaching practice of the third senior middle school in Yongji City, Shanxi Province, it is found that there are some sports teachers who are not clear about the orientation of sports skills teaching. The teaching methods of motor skills are single, and the teaching of motor skills is not paid enough attention to. (2) the main basis of formulating the teaching strategies of motor skills is the teaching objectives of motor skills, the students' original sports level, and so on. (3) according to the high school physical education curriculum and the health curriculum standard implementation request and the student sports demand, in the high school second grade basketball elective class teaching, according to the teaching different stage task, (3) according to the high school physical education curriculum and the health curriculum standard implementation request, according to the high school second grade basketball elective class teaching task, Three teaching strategies of motor skills are designed and applied, including progressive teaching strategy, autonomous development teaching strategy and cooperative teaching strategy. Through the teaching experiment of basketball elective course for one semester, through the comparison and analysis of the students' basketball athletic skill learning achievement test and the student physique health test result, it is proved that the sports skill teaching strategy application effect is good. The suggestions are as follows: (1) We should attach great importance to the teaching of sports skills in the teaching of physical education in senior high school. Strengthen the Research of Sports Teaching Strategy (2) combine the goal of physical Education and Health course to carry on the Sports skill Teaching (3) develop and utilize the Sports skill Resources reasonably and effectively
