田径教学对提升中学生《国家学生体质健康标准》测试成绩的影响研究

【摘要】:田径被誉为“运动之母”,是人们最常用的健身手段之一,田径运动受条件限制少,有利于学校的广泛开展,经常参加田径项目锻炼身体,不仅可以促进人体力量、速度、耐力等身体素质的全面发展,还可以促进人体的生长发育和各器官、系统机能的协调发展。初中生正处于生长发育的关键时期,田径锻炼是提高中学生体质健康的重要途径。本文采用文献法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析等研究方法,通过对南昌市4所初级中学的《国家学生体质健康标准》成绩统计,对身体形态、机能、素质等三项成绩用SPSS进行检验分析。结果表明:开展田径教学的学校与未开设田径教学的学校学生在身高、体重方面没有显著性差异;反映身体机能的肺活量呈非常显著性差异;身体素质方面除了速度素质、有氧耐力素质和立定跳远有着明显的差异性之外,其他的均不明显。田径教学的开展对《国家学生体质测试标准》中肺活量增加、短跑、中长跑和立定跳远成绩的提高有着积极的意义。在对南昌市4所初级中学田径教学的开展现状调查表明:1、南昌市初级中学体育场地不充足,制约了很多田径运动项目的开展;2、体育教师的专业技能有限,田径教学主要作为一种练习手段,对田径技术的传授及田径运动的锻炼价值缺乏系统讲授;3、教学内容、教学方法很大程度上还沿用传统体育教学模式,多数中学生对田径运动的兴趣没有被很好的激发,不能够自觉的参加到体育锻炼当中。建议:1、从发展的角度来认识田径教学对提高学生体质健康标准的意义;2、管理部门应当注重对学校体育的重视,加大经费的投入、改善田径设施;3、体育教师要提高自己的田径专业能力素质,将田径技术教学及锻炼价值传授给学生,培养学生对田径运动的兴趣;4、改进田径教学内容体系,充裕田径教学的方法与手段。田径运动兴趣的培养对于学生在高中及大学阶段《国家学生体质测试标准》成绩提高有着十分重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Track and field is known as the "mother of sports", is one of the most commonly used fitness means, track and field sports are limited by few conditions, conducive to the widespread development of schools, often participate in track and field sports exercise, not only can promote human strength, speed, The comprehensive development of endurance and other physical qualities can also promote the growth and development of human body and the coordinated development of organs and system functions. Junior high school students are in the critical period of growth and development. Track and field exercise is an important way to improve the physical health of middle school students. This paper adopts the methods of literature, interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and so on. Through the results statistics of the National Student's physical Health Standard of four junior middle schools in Nanchang, the body shape and function are analyzed. The quality and other three grades were tested and analyzed with SPSS. The results showed that there was no significant difference in height and weight between the school students with track and field teaching and those without track and field teaching. There are obvious differences between aerobic endurance quality and standing long jump, but others are not obvious. The development of track and field teaching has positive significance for the increase of vital capacity, sprint, middle and long distance running and standing long jump. The investigation of track and field teaching in four junior middle schools in Nanchang shows that the sports field of Nanchang junior middle school is not sufficient, which restricts the development of many track and field events, and the professional skills of PE teachers are limited. Track and field teaching is mainly used as a kind of practice means. It lacks systematic instruction on the teaching of track and field technology and the exercise value of track and field sports. The teaching contents and teaching methods still follow the traditional physical education teaching mode to a great extent. The interest of most middle school students in track and field is not well stimulated and can not participate in physical exercise consciously. It is suggested that, from the perspective of development, we should understand the significance of track and field teaching in improving the standard of students' physical health. The management department should pay attention to the importance of school physical education and increase the input of funds. In order to improve the facilities of track and field, physical education teachers should improve their professional ability of track and field, impart the technical teaching and training value of track and field to students, cultivate students' interest in track and field, and improve the teaching content system of track and field. Abundant track and field teaching methods and means. The cultivation of the interest in track and field sports is of great practical significance to the improvement of students' scores in the high school and university stage of the National Student physique Test Standard.
