“国培计划”体育骨干教师专业能力的调查分析

【摘要】:本研究是根据2012年教育部颁布的中、小学《教师专业标准》及前人关于教师专业化,专业能力的研究,编制了《中小学体育教师专业能力重要性调查问卷》和《中小学体育教师专业能力调查问卷》;并根据问卷对2013年福建师范大学体育科学学院所承办的“国培计划”中87名体育骨干教师进行调查,分别对调查结果中不同性别,不同教龄,不同职称体育骨干教师的专业能力进行基本统计描述,比较分析,相关性分析,IPA分析以及交叉列联表分析;研究选取部分骨干教师进行访谈,以探索其专业能力成长路径及影响因素。研究发现:在专业能力重要性认同方面,体育教学能力最为重要,但实际具备情况并不理想,其专业能力重要性与实际具备情况的相关性之间也没有明显的相关关系;在进行IPA分析时,得出体育骨干教师的教学设计能力和教学评价能力应是着重进行提高的两项专业能力:在进行交叉列联表分析时发现,教师专业能力在教龄因子和职称因子上的差异性不大,且相关性也不明显。
[Abstract]:This study is based on the primary and secondary school teachers' professional standards issued by the Ministry of Education in 2012 and previous studies on teachers' specialization and professional competence. The questionnaire on the importance of Professional ability of PE Teachers in Primary and Middle Schools and the questionnaire on Professional competence of PE Teachers in Primary and Middle Schools were compiled. According to the questionnaire, 87 key physical education teachers were investigated by the College of physical Education Science of Fujian normal University in 2013. The basic statistical description, comparative analysis, correlation analysis and cross-list analysis of the professional ability of PE backbone teachers with different titles were carried out, and some backbone teachers were selected for interviews. In order to explore its professional ability growth path and influence factors. The research found that: in the professional competence importance recognition aspect, the physical education teaching ability is the most important, but the actual possession situation is not ideal, its specialized ability importance and the actual possession situation correlation also has no obvious correlation; In the analysis of IPA, it is concluded that the teaching design ability and teaching evaluation ability of PE backbone teachers should be two professional abilities that should be improved emphatically: in the cross-list analysis, it is found that, The difference of teachers' professional ability in teaching age factor and professional title factor is not obvious, and the correlation is not obvious.
