中小学数字教材标准化建设的思考

【摘要】:中小学数字教材是教育信息化发展中所需的核心课程资源,也是数字教育出版的核心产品。中小学数字教材的标准化研究源于信息技术环境下基础教育领域和出版领域对数字教材的管理与应用所提出的要求。基于电子书标准、教育信息技术标准和中小学课程标准的基础,《中小学数字教材加工规范》等标准的研制以科学性、协调性和实用性为原则,已形成了初步成果。中小学数字教材的标准化研究目前还存在一些困难,包括:多领域标准之间的深度融合问题,中小学数字教材标准体系的构建问题,以及数字教材在应用和管理层面的延展性标准研究。
[Abstract]:Digital teaching materials in primary and secondary schools are the core curriculum resources needed in the development of educational informatization, and are also the core products of digital education publishing. The research on standardization of digital teaching materials in primary and secondary schools originates from the requirements for the management and application of digital textbooks in the field of basic education and publishing in the environment of information technology. On the basis of e-book standard, educational information technology standard and curriculum standard of primary and middle schools, the research and development of the standard of digital teaching material processing in primary and middle schools is based on the principles of science, coordination and practicability, and has formed a preliminary achievement. There are still some difficulties in the standardization of digital teaching materials in primary and secondary schools, including the deep integration of multi-domain standards, the construction of digital textbook standards system in primary and secondary schools, And digital textbooks in the application and management level of the ductility of standard research.
