海口市A中学高中音乐课堂观察研究

【摘要】:课堂观察是以建构主义为理论基础的,在教学评价中占重要地位。音乐教学评价,是利用可行的评价手段,对音乐教学所预期的一切效果以价值上的判断。它是以音乐教育的价值为标准,运用“新课标”的理念来评量音乐家偶尔的成绩和效果。课堂观察是教学评价中一种常见的评价方法。课堂是壮大老师队伍的舞台,脱离了课堂空谈一切都是不科学的。通过观摩了几所高中的音乐课,引发了我对课堂观察的思考,究竟如何利用课堂观察的方法提高高中音乐教学的有效性,帮助教师提高教学水平,提高学生的学习效率,是现在迫切需要解决的问题。课堂行为转瞬即逝,如果教师没有经过专业的课堂观察技术训练,教师对教学行为作出的判断,大都建立在原有的经验基础之上,对于课堂教学的反思意识薄弱。现在的研究者又远离课堂,尽管他们研究了课堂中的诸多因素,例如:教师、学生、教学内容及方法等,对于广大的高中教师而言,这些研究成果对他们的教学水平并没有直接帮助,就很难提高课堂的有效性。本人主要通过切身实际的进入到一线课堂,分析新课标下高中音乐课堂的误区。介绍了课堂观察的阶段及维度,整理、搜集、改编已有量表再加上案例分析,对该课题研究提出建议,并作出反思。
[Abstract]:Classroom observation is based on constructivism and plays an important role in teaching evaluation. The evaluation of music teaching is to judge the value of all the expected effects of music teaching by means of feasible evaluation. It is based on the value of music education, using the concept of "new curriculum standard" to evaluate musicians' occasional achievements and effects. Classroom observation is a common evaluation method in teaching evaluation. Classroom is the stage to strengthen the team of teachers. It is unscientific to break away from classroom empty talk. By observing the music lessons in several high schools, I think about how to use the method of classroom observation to improve the effectiveness of high school music teaching, to help teachers improve the teaching level and to improve the learning efficiency of students. It is an urgent problem that needs to be solved now. Classroom behavior is fleeting, if teachers do not undergo professional classroom observation technology training, teachers' judgment of teaching behavior is mostly based on the original experience, and the reflective consciousness of classroom teaching is weak. Now researchers are also away from the classroom, although they have studied many factors in the classroom, such as teachers, students, teaching content and methods, etc., for the majority of high school teachers, These results do not directly help their teaching level, it is difficult to improve the effectiveness of the classroom. I mainly through the actual access to the first class, analysis of the new curriculum under the high school music class mistakes. This paper introduces the stage and dimension of classroom observation, collates, collects, adapts the existing scale and case analysis, and puts forward some suggestions for the research of this subject, and makes some reflections on it.
