对我国化学学科核心素养研究的梳理与浅析

【摘要】：正为顺应时代的进步和社会发展对人才培养的要求,核心素养问题已然成为国内外学界研究和讨论的热点。关于核心素养最早提出的时间,目前尚不得知。然而,核心素养的提出与"关键能力"概念的出现渊源深厚。正是关键能力的提出,催生了核心素养的产生与发展。关键能力最早是由德国学者梅滕斯于1972年提出的。随后美、英、日、法、芬兰等国家先后投入到有关核心素养的研究中。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the development of the times and the development of the society, the core literacy has become a hot topic in the academic circles at home and abroad. Regarding the core accomplishment first proposed time, at present has not known. However, the emergence of the concept of "key competence" is deeply rooted in the presentation of core literacy. It is the key ability to put forward, the birth and development of core literacy. Key capabilities were first proposed by German scholar Mertens in 1972. Subsequently, the United States, Britain, Japan, France, Finland and other countries have been involved in the study of core literacy.
