教师道德实践的教育意蕴及其实现

【摘要】：在当前的道德教育中,往往过分强调道德言说而忽视了教师道德实践对学生的巨大影响。要实现教师道德实践的教育意蕴,必须以尊重学生自主性为前提,以认可教育过程性为保证,以师生交往为实践支持。教师的道德实践离不开道德言说,二者既相互区别,又相互依赖,乃至相互转化,共同作用于学生的品德形成过程。
[Abstract]:In the current moral education, too much emphasis is placed on moral expression and the great influence of teachers' moral practice on students is neglected. In order to realize the educational implication of teachers' moral practice, we must regard respecting students' autonomy as the premise, recognizing the educational process as the guarantee, and teachers and students' communication as the practical support. Teachers' moral practice can not be separated from moral speech. They are different, interdependent, and even transformed, and act together on the formation of students' moral character.
