支架式教学模式在初中英语阅读教学中的应用研究

【摘要】:新修订的《义务教育英语新课程标准(2011年版)》非常强调阅读教学及培养学生阅读能力的重要性,但目前初中英语阅读的“教”和“学”仍不太令人满意。以建构主义为基础的支架式教学模式在诸多教学领域受到越来越多的关注,本研究主要在描述支架式教学在初中英语阅读教学中的应用过程基础上,探讨支架式教学模式对提升学生阅读能力和培养阅读策略方面的作用。本研究在杭州市某中学进行了为期一个学期的课堂教学实验研究,选取八年级的两个平行班作为研究对象,分别作为实验班和控制班。在实验班运用支架式教学模式,主要运用搭建支架、创设情境、独立探索、合作学习、小组评价等手段。在控制班仍然采用传统的以教师为中心的阅读教学模式。在实验中还采用了测试、问卷调查和访谈等研究方法,获得了相关的数据和结果,并进行了若干访谈。研究结果表明,通过在阅读教学三个阶段搭建支架有助于提高学生的阅读能力水平;支架式教学模式能培养初中学生的养成有效的阅读策略。
[Abstract]:The newly revised English Curriculum Standard for compulsory Education (2011 Edition) emphasizes the importance of reading teaching and training students' reading ability, but the "teaching" and "learning" of English reading in junior middle school are still not satisfactory. The constructivist scaffolding teaching model has attracted more and more attention in many teaching fields. This study mainly focuses on describing the application process of scaffolding teaching in junior high school English reading teaching. To explore the role of scaffolding teaching mode in improving students' reading ability and developing reading strategies. In this study, a one-semester classroom teaching experiment was conducted in a middle school in Hangzhou. Two parallel classes in Grade 8 were chosen as the objects of study, respectively, as the experimental class and the control class. In the experimental class, the scaffold teaching mode is mainly used to build the scaffold, to create the situation, to explore independently, to study in cooperation and to evaluate the group. In the control class, the traditional teacher-centered reading teaching mode is still adopted. In the experiment, we also used the methods of test, questionnaire and interview, obtained the relevant data and results, and conducted some interviews. The results show that the scaffolding in three stages of reading teaching is helpful to improve the students' reading ability, and the scaffolding teaching model can cultivate the effective reading strategies of junior high school students.
