核心力量训练对体育高考成绩影响的实验研究

【摘要】:核心力量训练主要是围绕人体核心区域的肌群及神经-肌肉系统进行的以力量和平衡能力为主的训练。核心力量训练与传统的腰腹力量训练相比,不仅可以有效地增加人体躯干肌群的力量,还可以使人体在运动过程中更好地保持身体的平衡稳定性,为四肢的发力提供支持。随着国内外专家学者的研究,核心力量训练作为传统力量训练方法的补充已逐渐被我国广大体育工作者所接受。本文主要研究核心力量训练对体育高考生运动素质和成绩的影响,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和实验法展开研究,以期为体育高考生取得优异成绩提供理论和实践支持。本文以邢台市金华中学高考体育生中的24名男生为实验对象,随机分成两组,运用实验法对其中一组施加核心力量的训练,对其在核心力量训练时的问题进行探讨,同时通过具体的实验数据对比分析核心力量对高考体育特长生的运动素质的影响,从而为学生更好地进行体能训练,提高学生的运动成绩提供参考和建议。研究结论:1.经过专家筛选,抱头体侧屈、仰卧起坐、悬垂举腿和背肌拉力四项指标最能衡量运动员实验前后核心力量的变化的测量指标。2.实验组在实验前后四项核心力量测试指标中,训练前后都具有显著性差异。在体育加试所测的四项运动项目的成绩,在实验前后都具有显著性差异。3.试验后,实验组和对照组相比,有80%的指标都呈现了显著差异。运动成绩都有所提高,但实验组和对照组的成绩之间还是有一定差距,除了100米在试验后实验组和对照组之间没有显著性差异,其它三项800米、铅球和立定三级跳都产生了显著性差异。4.实验后,实验组和对照组在身体核心动作指标方面都有所提高。虽然从自身发展的角度看,两组中的运动员都有一定程度提升,但是从整体上看,实验组提升幅度明显优于对照组。研究的建议:1.本文的实验时间并不长,实验所选取的运动员整体素质较低,假如能够适当延长实验时间,并能够选取运动素质较高的运动员,那么本文的研究结论就会更具可靠性和针对性。2.本文主要针对身体核心力量进行研究,目前来说国内外学者对于评价指标的选定IV是一个较为困难的过程,后期应该查阅更多的文献资料,从而不断的优化评价指标,使其达到最佳的效果。3.传统力量训练和身体核心力量在训练过程中利用各自的优点来共同服务于运动的专项力量训练,并在训练过程中充分考虑两者之间的关系,将两者结合起来合理运用,同时要因人、因时、因地有选择性地进行身体核心力量训练。4.组织中学教练员专题讲座,并把核心力量训练与青少年业余训练有机结合作为重点探究,开展学术交流,进行探讨。
[Abstract]:The core strength training is mainly focused on the muscle group and nerve-muscle system in the core area of human body. Compared with the traditional waist and abdomen strength training, the core strength training can not only increase the strength of the trunk muscle group, but also keep the balance and stability of the body in the process of movement, and provide support for the exertion of the limbs. With the research of experts and scholars at home and abroad, core strength training as a supplement to the traditional strength training method has been gradually accepted by the majority of sports workers in China. This paper mainly studies the influence of the core strength training on the sports quality and achievement of the college entrance examination students. The research is carried out by using the method of literature, expert interview and experiment, in order to provide theoretical and practical support for the sports college entrance examination students to achieve excellent results. In this paper, 24 male students in college entrance examination of Jinhua Middle School in Xingtai City were randomly divided into two groups, and one group was trained with core strength by the method of experiment, and the problems in the training of core strength were discussed. At the same time, through the concrete experimental data, the author analyzes the influence of the core strength on the sports quality of the college entrance examination students, so as to provide reference and suggestions for the students to better carry out physical training and improve their sports performance. Conclusion: 1. Through the expert screening, the four indexes of cuddle flexion, sit-up, drape leg and dorsal muscle tension are the best indexes to measure the change of the core strength before and after the experiment. In the experimental group, there were significant differences before and after training among the four core strength test indexes before and after the experiment. There were significant differences in the results of the four sports items before and after the physical test. 3. After the experiment, there were significant differences in 80% of the indexes between the experimental group and the control group. Sports performance has improved, but there is still a certain gap between the results of the experimental group and the control group, in addition to 100 meters after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group there is no significant difference, the other three 800 meters, There was significant difference between shot put and standing three-level jump. 4. After the experiment, both the experimental group and the control group improved the body core movement index. Although from the perspective of their own development, the two groups of athletes have a certain degree of improvement, but on the whole, the experimental group is significantly better than the control group. The suggestion of study is 1: 1. The experiment time of this paper is not long, the overall quality of the athletes selected by the experiment is lower. If the experimental time can be extended properly, and the athletes with higher sports quality can be selected, the research conclusions of this paper will be more reliable and targeted. 2. At present, it is a difficult process for domestic and foreign scholars to select the evaluation index IV. In the later stage, more literature should be consulted to optimize the evaluation index. Make it work for the best. The traditional strength training and the body core strength make use of their respective advantages in the process of training to serve the special strength training of the movement together, and fully consider the relationship between the two in the training process, and combine the two together to make rational use of them. At the same time, because of people, because of time, because of selective physical core strength training. 4. Organizing special lectures for middle school coaches, and organically combining core strength training with youth amateur training as the key research, carrying out academic exchange and discussion.
