高中思想政治课教师专业发展的困境及超越研究

【摘要】:目前关于教师专业发展的研究成果很多,然而具体细化到各个学科教师的研究还不是特别多。根据国家、教育部的相关政策和文件规定,高中思想政治课教师主要承担着对高中生开展思想政治教育或德育的重任,他们致力于使广大高中生形成正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,致力于提高学生的思想品德素质,使其符合社会的发展要求。这样复杂而又艰难的任务毫无疑问需要专业的人员来完成。作为其重要组成人员的高中思想政治课教师也应该具备专业的素质和能力,具备高尚的师德修养等。然而通过观察现实生活,目前还有一部分高中思想政治课教师不具备这些应该具备的素质。本应该形成广博的知识结构,不仅熟练掌握学科专业知识,还应该掌握德育方面的相关知识,现实却是知识结构不完整,学科知识丰富而德育知识欠缺;本应该熟练掌握学科教学技能和德育技能,现实却是学科教学技能熟练而德育技能生疏;本应该形成高尚的师德修养,现实却是教师放松自律等情况导致的师德失范频发;本应该形成自主积极的专业发展意识和能力,现实却是高中思想政治课教师主体参与意识弱,一些教师职业理想欠缺,缺乏发展后劲。这些困境和问题在相当程度上影响和制约了高中思想政治课教师的专业成长与发展,也进而在一定程度上影响了高中德育的效果。因此,想要取得良好的德育的成效,想要推动高中思想政治课教师的专业发展,必须加强改革和创新。各级政府和教育主管部门要为高中思想政治课教师的专业发展提供法律、物质和制度保障;教师教育机构和院校要为高中思想政治课教师的专业发展提供学术指导,改革和完善师资培养、师资培训;高级中学要为高中思想政治课教师的专业发展营造良好氛围,搭建发展的平台;高中思想政治课教师也要勤于反思,勤于学习和交流,从多方面推动高中思想政治课教师的专业发展。
[Abstract]:According to the relevant policies and documents of the Ministry of Education, the teachers of Ideological and political lessons in senior high schools are mainly responsible for carrying out ideological and political education or moral education for senior high school students. They are committed to making the majority of senior high schools. Students form a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and devote themselves to improving students'ideological and moral qualities, so as to meet the requirements of social development. Such complex and difficult tasks undoubtedly need professional personnel to complete. As an important member of high school ideological and political teachers should also have professional quality and ability. However, by observing the real life, there are still some high school ideological and political teachers do not have these qualities. This should form a broad knowledge structure, not only skilled in subject knowledge, but also should master the relevant knowledge of moral education, the reality is that the knowledge structure is incomplete. Subject knowledge is rich and moral education knowledge is deficient; should have mastered the subject teaching skills and moral education skills, but the reality is that the subject teaching skills are skilled and moral education skills are unfamiliar; should have formed a noble teacher moral cultivation, but the reality is that teachers relax self-discipline and other conditions leading to frequent moral anomie; should have formed an independent and active profession; The development of consciousness and ability, however, is the fact that the main body of high school ideological and political teachers participation consciousness is weak, some teachers lack of professional ideals, lack of development stamina. Therefore, in order to achieve good results in moral education, and to promote the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers, we must strengthen reform and innovation. Teachers'professional development provides academic guidance, reforms and improves teacher training, teacher training; senior middle schools should create a good atmosphere for the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers, build a platform for development; high school ideological and political teachers should be diligent in reflection, diligent in learning and communication, and promote ideological and political teaching in high schools from many aspects.
