新课程下师范生生物实验教学能力培养现状的调查研究

【摘要】:生物实验教学是生物教学的重要组成部分,对于培养学生的创新意识、动手能力以及科学精神具有重要作用。随着课程改革的深入,对中学生物实验教学提出了更高、更新的要求。作为新教师培养源头的高师院校,必须顺应中学生物实际教学的要求,提高师范生的生物实验教学能力,培养适应新课程要求的“新课程教师”。笔者通过文献研究、问卷调查并结合专家访谈法等多种研究方法,在分析有关师范生实验教学能力培养研究理论的基础上,对山东省高师院校师范生生物实验教学能力培养的现状进行了调查和分析,根据调查结果发现了在师范生在实验教学能力培养中存在的一些问题,并针对具体问题提出了可行性的建议,以期为我国高师院校师范生生物实验教学能力的培养提供借鉴和参考。本研究论文的主体共分为五个部分。第一部分:问题的提出。简要介绍了本研究的研究背景、研究现状、研究意义以及研究的思路与方法。第二部分:概述。界定了生物实验教学能力的相关概念,探讨了生物实验教学能力培养的理论基础,讨论了新课程对生物实验教学的要求,分析了在新课程背景下师范生生物实验教学能力培养所面临的挑战。第三部分:生物实验教学能力培养现状的调查。主要分为两个模块,模块一是对高中生物教师的调查分析,从实验教学概况、实验教学能力养成途径、生物教师实验教学能力自评、对师范生的建议四个方面对高中生物教师进行了调查;模块二是对师范生的调查分析并辅以大学生物教学论教师的专家访谈,从对实验教学的看法、师范生实验教学能力自评及与中学教师进行对比分析、实验教学能力培养现状、对师范生培养的建议四个不同层面对师范生和大学教师进行了调查。对两个模块进行对比分析后发现,师范生的实验教学能力培养存在以下问题:实验教学观念落后、实验教学能力欠缺、课程设置不合理、教学内容陈旧、教学模式落后、缺乏教学实践、教学评价模式单一。第四部分:对师范生生物实验教学能力培养的建议。根据对高师院校生物实验教学能力培养现状的调查结果的分析,提出了以下建议:转变师范教育观念;完善师范课程体系;更新教育内容;优化教学模式;改革教学评价方式;加强教学实践。第五部分:结论与讨论。笔者通过对以上研究的总结得出本论文的结论,并分析了本研究的创新点和存在的不足。
[Abstract]:Biology experiment teaching is an important part of biology teaching, which plays an important role in cultivating students' creative consciousness, practical ability and scientific spirit. With the deepening of curriculum reform, higher and newer requirements have been put forward for biology experiment teaching in middle school. As the source of new teacher training, normal colleges and universities must comply with the requirements of biology teaching in middle schools, improve the ability of normal students in biological experiment teaching, and train "new curriculum teachers" to meet the requirements of the new curriculum. Based on the literature research, questionnaire survey and expert interview, the author analyzes the theory of the training of experimental teaching ability of normal school students. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the current situation of the cultivation of the experimental teaching ability of the normal college students in Shandong Province, and finds out some problems existing in the cultivation of the experimental teaching ability of the normal college students according to the results of the investigation. In order to provide reference and reference for the cultivation of normal college students' biological experimental teaching ability in China, some feasible suggestions are put forward in view of the specific problems. The main body of this thesis is divided into five parts. The first part: the raising of the question. This paper briefly introduces the research background, research status, research significance and research ideas and methods. Part two: Overview. This paper defines the related concepts of biological experimental teaching ability, probes into the theoretical basis of the cultivation of biological experimental teaching ability, and discusses the requirements of the new curriculum for biological experimental teaching. This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the cultivation of the teaching ability of normal students in biological experiment under the background of the new curriculum. The third part: the investigation of the current situation of the cultivation of biological experiment teaching ability. It is mainly divided into two modules, one is the investigation and analysis of senior high school biology teachers, from the general situation of experimental teaching, experimental teaching ability cultivation approach, biology teachers' experimental teaching ability self-evaluation, The second part is the investigation and analysis of the normal school students and the interview with the experts of the university biology teaching theory teachers, from the perspective of experimental teaching, the author makes an investigation on the four aspects of the normal school students' suggestions, the second module is the investigation and analysis of the normal school students and the experts interview of the university biology teaching theory teachers. The self-evaluation of the experimental teaching ability of the normal school students and the comparative analysis with the middle school teachers, the present situation of the cultivation of the experimental teaching ability, and the investigation of the normal school students and the university teachers on four different levels of the normal school students' training suggestions are carried out. Through the comparative analysis of the two modules, it is found that there are the following problems in the cultivation of the experimental teaching ability of normal school students: the concept of experimental teaching is backward, the ability of experimental teaching is lacking, the curriculum is unreasonable, the teaching content is outmoded, and the teaching mode is backward. Lack of teaching practice, teaching evaluation model is single. The fourth part: the suggestion to the normal college students' biological experiment teaching ability. Based on the analysis of the results of the investigation on the current situation of the cultivation of biological experimental teaching ability in normal universities, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: changing the concept of normal education; perfecting the curriculum system of normal schools; renewing the contents of education; optimizing the teaching mode; reforming the teaching evaluation methods; Strengthen teaching practice. Part V: conclusion and discussion. By summarizing the above research, the author draws the conclusion of this paper, and analyzes the innovation and shortcomings of this study.
