呼市第二十二中学寄宿生管理的调查研究

【摘要】:教育是民族振兴的基础,近年来国家的政策不断突显了对农村教育发展的重视。随着农村中小学格局的不断调整,寄宿制学校成为了农村办学的主要模式。“撤点并校”的实施虽然在教学、硬件等方面有所提高,但是对于管理方面却出现了很多新的问题。笔者选择的研究学校正是处于城郊结合处,属农村寄宿制学校,学校有其鲜明的农村学生特点和较为城镇化的师资队伍,对于如何发展壮大这样一所多元化的农村寄宿制初级中学,如何管理好处于青春期的寄宿生,是项繁琐并且值得深思研究的工作。笔者通过走访、调查问卷、实地考察等方法对研究学校在寄宿生管理方面的问题进行列举,并分析出存在问题的根源,最后提出相应的解决方案。通过笔者的调查研究,发现了很多农村寄宿制学校普遍存在的管理问题,找到了相似的问题根源,所以笔者提出的某些改进措施也适用于有相同管理问题的农村寄宿制学校。近几年教育改革成功案例比比皆是,对于管理者来说更新管理理念、大胆创新尝试,对教育事业本身就是一种贡献。在汲取新鲜的管理模式这方面,呼市二十二中做了大胆的尝试,目前正处于改革起步阶段,不管结果怎样,管理改革中面临的问题、困难、经验、成绩等都将成为寄宿制学校管理中的又一新课题,对农村地区住校生的管理研究都会有一定的素材和意义。文章共分为三个部分:第一部分主要阐述了论文的选题缘由、研究意义、对相关研究进行文献综述、并阐述研究的方法及思路,从而为本文的研究提供理论支持依据。第二部分主要通过对呼市二十二中学生、学校及师资情况的分析,通过问卷调查和走访,归纳出了学校对于寄宿生管理方面存在的问题,主要包括宿舍管理、饮食卫生、学生心理健康及学生自主掌控学习活动时间等方面。并剖析了以上问题所产生的原因主要是资金投入考虑不周全、领导者较为极端的管理方式、上级繁重的检查任务及教师队伍不稳定等原因。第三部分针对这问题产生的原因,以学生为本的教育理念为指导,从学校实际情况出发,提出相应的对策。文章建议通过转变教育思想,探索适合农村地区学生发展需要的管理思想、建立人文管理体制、学校与社会、与家长共同合作等方式对农村寄宿制学生进行有效的管理。
[Abstract]:Education is the foundation of national rejuvenation. In recent years, the national policy has constantly highlighted the importance of rural education development. With the adjustment of rural primary and secondary schools, boarding schools have become the main mode of running schools in rural areas. Although the implementation of "withdrawal and school" has been improved in teaching, hardware and so on, there are many new problems in management. The research school chosen by the author is located in the suburb of the city and belongs to the rural boarding school. The school has its distinct characteristics of rural students and a more urbanized teaching staff. How to develop such a diversified rural boarding junior middle school and how to manage the boarding students in adolescence is a tedious and worth studying work. The author enumerates the problems in the management of boarding students through the methods of visiting, questionnaire and field investigation, analyzes the root causes of the problems, and finally puts forward the corresponding solutions. Through the investigation and research of the author, the author finds out the common management problems in many rural boarding schools, and finds the similar root of the problems, so some improvement measures proposed by the author are also suitable for the rural boarding schools with the same management problems. In recent years, there are many successful cases of education reform, for managers to update management ideas, bold innovation attempt, to the cause of education itself is a contribution. In drawing on the fresh management model, Huhhot 22 has made bold attempts and is now in the initial stage of reform. No matter what the result is, the problems, difficulties, and experiences encountered in the management reform, Results will become a new subject in the management of boarding schools, and will have some material and significance for the management of students living in rural areas. The article is divided into three parts: the first part mainly describes the reason of the topic, the significance of the study, literature review of the relevant research, and the research methods and ideas, thus providing theoretical support for this study. The second part mainly through the analysis of the situation of 22 middle school students, schools and teachers, through the questionnaire survey and interviews, summed up the school for boarding students management problems, mainly including dormitory management, diet hygiene, Students' mental health and students' autonomous control of learning activities and other aspects. The main causes of the above problems are inadequate consideration of capital input, more extreme management methods of leaders, heavy inspection tasks of superiors and unstable teachers. The third part aims at the causes of this problem, taking the student-based education idea as the guidance, starting from the school actual situation, puts forward the corresponding countermeasure. The article suggests that the rural boarding students should be managed effectively by changing their educational thought, exploring the management thought suitable for the development of students in rural areas, establishing the humanistic management system, cooperating with the school and society, and cooperating with their parents.
