他者视野中的中小学教师专业素养——基于对校长及一线教师的调研

【摘要】:通过对校长及一线教师的调研发现,中小学教师应具备的核心专业素养中"爱岗敬业精神"、"教学能力"、"班级管理能力"位居前列;新任教师在"对学校及自身工作有责任感"、"关爱学生,积极提供各种帮助"、"具有良好的终身学习习惯"、"设计符合学生特性的教学活动"条目上表现较好。在中小学教师的各项工作中,"学科指导"、"班级管理"与"人际关系处理"的重要性位居前列;"专业发展"的难度最高,其次为"班级管理";职前教师教育对教师"学科指导"方面提供的帮助程度最大。在今后教师教育过程中,需重点加强教师职业道德建设、提升师范生教育教学能力与班级管理能力。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of principals and front-line teachers, it is found that primary and secondary school teachers should have the core professional accomplishment of "love and respect for work", "teaching ability", "class management ability" in the forefront; The new teachers have better performance in the items of "responsibility to the school and their own work", "caring for the students, actively providing all kinds of help", "having good lifelong learning habits" and "designing teaching activities according to the characteristics of the students". The importance of "discipline guidance", "class management" and "interpersonal relationship handling" is at the forefront of the work of primary and secondary school teachers, and the difficulty of "professional development" is the highest. The second is class management, which is the most helpful to teachers' subject guidance. In the process of teacher education in the future, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers' professional ethics and improve the teaching ability and class management ability of normal school students.
