对乌鲁木齐市第七十中学男子篮球队成功经验的研究

【摘要】：乌鲁木齐市第七十中学男子篮球队的成绩在新疆自治区篮球发展史是突出的,在整个新疆自治区是比较出名的。通过对乌鲁木齐市第七十中学男子篮球队取得成功的调查分析,找出该校男子篮球队成功的原因,影响该校男子篮球队成功发展的因素,进行总结分析,提出成功发展的建议。为整个新疆自治区高中篮球的发展提供学习和参考。经过调查分析得出结论:1.从高薪聘请篮球队教练员、给篮球队扩大招生名额、投入大量资金保证篮球队的日常需要等等,足能体现出七十中学校领导对篮球队给予了大力扶植,使七十中男子篮球队取得成功有一个坚实的物质基础。2.教练员是一个成功球队的核心,乌鲁木齐市第七十中男子篮球队教练员李河他执教七十中以来获得全疆冠军4次,市冠军6次,率队第一次代表自治区参加全国高中篮球联赛。从李河教练带队获得的成就可以看出一个好的教练、精湛的专业知识、以及积累的经验对一个篮球队取得成功以及对运动员的影响是至关重要的。3.长期坚持系统化的训练才能使运动成绩得到提高,七十中男子篮球队有一套完整的训练计划,队员每天都按照计划进行训练,脚踏实地,使自己篮球技术提高的同时使整个球队的技、战术能力得到提高。在比赛中战术配合运用自如流畅,应变能力强。这些是七十中男子篮球对取得成功的关键因素。4.七十中篮球队面向全疆进行招生,招生名额多,在对招生对象的身高、训练年限是有要求的。相比较乌鲁木齐市其他几所高中在篮球生源方面处于领先地位,保证了篮球队的后备人才储备,避免因主力队员的毕业给球队造成的影响。5.七十中男子篮球队队员能上大学已成为学校的一个特色项目,队员有考进北京大学、厦门大学、浙江大学等重点高校。全疆各地的篮球苗子慕名而来,篮球队后备人才充足,使得七十中男子篮球队形成一种可持续发展的模式。这种可持续发展的模式促使七十中男子篮球队在各级比赛中取得优异的成绩。
[Abstract]:The achievement of the men's basketball team in the 70th Middle School of Urumqi is outstanding in the history of the development of basketball in Xinjiang Autonomous region, and is relatively famous in the whole Xinjiang Autonomous region. Through the investigation and analysis of the success of the men's basketball team in Urumqi No. 70 Middle School, this paper finds out the reasons for the success of the men's basketball team in this school, the factors that affect the successful development of the men's basketball team in this school, and makes a summary and analysis, and puts forward some suggestions for the successful development. There is a solid material foundation for the success of the seventy-year men's basketball team. The coach is the core of a successful team. Li he, the coach of the 70th Middle School Basketball team in Urumqi, has won four titles in Xinjiang and six times in the city, leading the team to participate in the National High School Basketball League for the first time on behalf of the autonomous region. From the achievements of coach Li he, we can see that a good coach, superb professional knowledge, and accumulated experience are crucial to the success of a basketball team and the impact on the players. Only by persisting in systematic training for a long time can our sports performance be improved. The 70 middle school men's basketball teams have a set of complete training plans. The players train according to the plan every day and keep their feet on the ground. To improve their basketball skills at the same time so that the entire team's technical, tactical ability to be improved.
