浙江省中小学名师培训模式的理论与实证研究

【摘要】:随着当今社会的发展,名师培训的概念也在不断被强化,各地的名师培训项目层出不穷。本文主要通过对浙江省现有的中小学名师培训项目进行理论研究与实证调查分析,从名师的培训需求调查入手,并辅以学科带头人培训班与名师名校长班的培训满意度调查以及对特级教师关于培训满意度影响因素的访谈调查,以培训目标、培训内容、培训资源、培训形式、培训方法、培训评价六大维度进行分析,并总结当前名师培训所存问题及解决措施。最后,本文结合人力资本理论、教师专业发展理论、建构主义教师教育理论以及先进的名师培训经验,提出浙江省中小学名师培训模式的改进策略,为往后的名师培训的健康发展提供参考与借鉴。全文分为五大部分,第一部分主要阐述了研究背景、研究意义与目的、研究现状、研究思路与研究方法。第二部分主要阐述了名师培训的三大理论基础及相关概念界定。而且对现有的名师培训项目做一定的共性分析。第三部分是浙江省中小学名师培训需求的实证调查研究,主要通过问卷调查以探寻培训目标、培训课程、培训资源、培训形式、培训方法、培训评价的相关数据信息,以便于从需求中推断出中小学名师培训模式的改进方向。第四部分是浙江省中小学名师培训满意度及其影响因素的实证研究,主要通过对部分培训班成员进行培训满意度的调查,以实际数据掌握浙江省名师培训项目中的缺陷。另外笔者对浙江省五位特级教师就培训的实效性及改进措施进行了访谈,包括直接访谈、QQ访谈和邮件访谈。第五部分是中小学名师培训模式的改进策略研究,具体从培训目标的设定、培训内容的制定、培训资源的遴选、培训形式的选择、培训方法的提炼、评价体制的完善等方面对浙江省中小学名师培训模式进行优化创新。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the concept of teacher training is being strengthened constantly. Based on the theoretical research and empirical analysis of the current training projects of famous teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhejiang Province, this paper begins with the investigation of the training needs of famous teachers. In addition, the investigation of the training satisfaction of the leading subject training course and the principal class of famous teachers as well as the interview of the special teachers on the factors affecting the training satisfaction were carried out in order to achieve the training goal, the training content, the training resources, the training form, the training method, and so on. This paper analyzes the six dimensions of training evaluation, and summarizes the existing problems and solutions to the current training of famous teachers. Finally, combining the theory of human capital, the theory of teacher professional development, the theory of constructivist teacher education and the advanced training experience of famous teachers, this paper puts forward the improving strategies of the training mode of the famous teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhejiang Province. For the healthy development of teacher training in the future to provide reference and reference. This paper is divided into five parts. The second part mainly expounds the three theoretical bases and related concepts of the training of famous teachers. The fourth part is an empirical study on the training satisfaction and its influencing factors of Zhejiang primary and secondary school teachers. Through the investigation of the training satisfaction of some members of the training course, we can grasp the defects in the training project of Zhejiang Province by the actual data. In addition, the author interviews five special teachers in Zhejiang Province on the effectiveness of the training and improvement measures, including direct interviews with QQ and email interviews. The fifth part is the improvement strategy research of the training model of the famous teachers in primary and secondary schools, from the setting of training objectives, the formulation of training content, the selection of training resources, the selection of training forms, the refinement of training methods. The perfection of evaluation system optimizes and innovates the training mode of Zhejiang primary and middle school teachers.
