“和谐互助”教学策略在高中物理教学中的实践研究

【摘要】:“和谐互助”教学策略是一种新型的教学策略,它提倡课前预习和课上自主学习,强调学生彼此之间的沟通交流、互助帮扶,将课堂的时间权、学习权、话语权、探索权和教学权都还给了学生,能很好的改善学生“被灌输”、“被填满”的处境,实现和谐、灵动、高效的课堂,因此笔者在文献研究的基础上结合高中物理学科特点将该教学策略实践于延吉市某高中物理课堂之中,并通过统计分析形成结论,旨在丰富高中物理学科的教学理论,为教师的有效教学提供参考。全文在文献研究的基础上进行行动研究,应用问卷调查法对“和谐互助”教学策略在高中物理教学中实施的前后学生的学习状况进行效果调查及分析。全文共六个部分,第一部分提出研究问题,对“和谐互助”教学策略的研究现状进行调查,确定本文的研究目的、意义、思路和方法。第二部分是该教学策略的理论概述,具体阐述了“和谐互助”教学策略的内涵、基本步骤、作用及理论基础,为后续的教学实践奠定基础。第三部分对延吉市某高中高一两个班学生的物理学习状况进行了调查,并对调查结果进行了分析。第四部分阐述了“和谐互助”教学策略在高中物理教学中的实施基础以及具体的案例分析。第五部分对实施效果进行了调查及分析。第六部分从影响“和谐互助”教学策略的因素着手给出相应的建议并就文章的不足之处进行了反思。实践研究表明“和谐互助”教学策略在学生的学习兴趣、学习动机、学习方法以及学习成绩方面的效果优于传统教学,有更好的促进作用。
[Abstract]:The teaching strategy of "harmonious and mutual assistance" is a new teaching strategy. It advocates prestudy before class and independent study in class, emphasizes the communication and exchange among students, helps each other to help each other, and gives the time right, study right and speech right of the class. Both the right to explore and the right to teaching are returned to the students, which can improve the students' situation of being "indoctrinated" and "filled", and achieve a harmonious, intelligent and efficient classroom. On the basis of literature study, the author puts the teaching strategy into practice in a physics classroom in Yanji city, and draws a conclusion through statistical analysis in order to enrich the teaching theory of physics course in senior high school. To provide a reference for the effective teaching of teachers. On the basis of literature research, this paper investigates and analyzes the effect of students' learning status before and after the implementation of "harmonious and mutual assistance" teaching strategy in physics teaching in senior high school. There are six parts in this paper. The first part puts forward the research questions, investigates the present situation of the teaching strategy of "harmonious and mutual assistance", and determines the purpose, significance, train of thought and method of this paper. The second part is the theoretical overview of the teaching strategy, which elaborates the connotation, basic steps, function and theoretical basis of the teaching strategy of "harmonious and mutual assistance", which lays a foundation for the subsequent teaching practice. In the third part, the author makes an investigation on the physics learning of the two classes in a senior high school in Yanji city, and analyzes the results of the investigation. The fourth part expounds the implementation basis of "harmonious mutual aid" teaching strategy in senior high school physics teaching and the concrete case analysis. The fifth part has carried on the investigation and the analysis to the implementation effect. In the sixth part, the author gives some suggestions from the factors that influence the teaching strategy of harmonious and mutual help, and reflects on the deficiency of the article. The practical research shows that the teaching strategy of "harmonious and mutual assistance" has a better effect on students' learning interest, motivation, method and achievement than the traditional teaching.
