初中信息技术教师专业发展现状调查及对策研究

【摘要】:中小学全面开设信息技术课程已经进行十多年了,各地的硬件投入、教材建设和师资配备等基本进入成熟阶段了。信息技术学科教师从无到有,从不成熟到逐步规范,当前初中信息技术教师平均教龄10年左右,正处于瓶颈期,了解初中信息技术教师专业发展现状,对指导和改善信息技术教师专业发展具有重要意义。本文采用问卷法对辽宁省大连市初中信息技术教师进行抽样调查,结果表明,当前初中信息技术教师专业理念与师德较差,专业知识较好,专业能力不足。依据问卷结果,笔者深入基层,与初中信息技术教师和校长进行访谈,找出本地区初中信息技术教师专业发展存在以下不足:教师教育部门对初中信息技术教师专业发展尚未引起足够的重视;初中信息技术教师群体的教研和培训明显不足;应当建立新的信息技术教师的考核、评价制度,能够激发非中考学科教师的积极性;初中信息技术教师对专业发展意义认识不足,参与程度不够。依据调查结果,经过认真分析,笔者提出促进初中信息技术教师专业发展有如下对策:1.创设有利于信息技术教师专业发展的外部环境;2.根据实际情况定期进行有针对性的专项培训;3.向农村和城市非热点学校倾斜,提供符合学校实际的教育教学服务;4.提升自我专业发展的意识,实现自主专业发展。
[Abstract]:It has been more than ten years since the middle and primary schools set up information technology courses. The hardware investment, teaching material construction and teacher allocation have entered a mature stage. At present, the average teaching age of IT teachers in junior high school is about 10 years, and they are in the bottleneck period, to understand the current situation of the professional development of IT teachers in junior high schools. It is of great significance to guide and improve the professional development of IT teachers. This paper makes a sampling survey of junior high school information technology teachers in Dalian, Liaoning Province by questionnaire. The results show that the professional concept and ethics of junior high school information technology teachers are poor, their professional knowledge is better, and their professional ability is insufficient. Based on the results of the questionnaire, the author went deep into the grass roots and interviewed the IT teachers and principals in junior high schools. To find out the following deficiencies in the professional development of IT teachers in junior high schools in our region: the teacher education department has not paid enough attention to the professional development of IT teachers in junior high schools, and the teaching and research and training of IT teachers in junior high schools are obviously inadequate; It is necessary to establish a new assessment and evaluation system for IT teachers, which can stimulate the enthusiasm of non-junior high school teachers, and it teachers in junior high school do not have enough understanding of the significance of professional development and insufficient degree of participation. According to the investigation results, after careful analysis, the author puts forward the following countermeasures to promote the professional development of IT teachers in junior high school: 1. To create an external environment conducive to the professional development of IT teachers. According to the actual situation, regular targeted special training. In favor of rural and urban non-hot schools, provide education and teaching services in line with the actual school. Enhance the consciousness of self-professional development and realize self-professional development.
