深度阅读教学视阈下语文教师的关键能力:内涵与结构

【摘要】:深度阅读教学视阈下,语文教师的关键能力意指教师深度阅读教学过程中所必备的、隶属于个体内在条件的专业核心行动能力。依据教师行为对阅读教学深度的直接关切性,语文教师关键能力分为内生能力群和外生能力群两大部分。内生能力群包括通识胜任力、学科整合力和成长性思维;外生能力群包括幸福能力和个性能力。教师的职业生涯规划与管理能力对小学语文教师关键能力的养成具有整体监控作用,是影响深度阅读教学的重要因素。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of deep reading teaching, the key competence of Chinese teachers refers to the essential professional core action ability of teachers in the process of deep reading teaching, which belongs to the internal conditions of the individual. According to the direct concern of teachers' behavior to the depth of reading teaching, the key competence of Chinese teachers is divided into two parts: endogenous competence group and exogenous competence group. Endogenous ability group includes general competence, discipline integration and growth thinking, while exogenous ability group includes happiness ability and personality ability. Teachers' ability of career planning and management is an important factor affecting the teaching of deep reading, which has an overall monitoring effect on the development of the key abilities of Chinese teachers in primary schools.
