太原市中小学教师教育科研能力调查研究

【摘要】:运用《太原市中小学教师科研能力现状调查问卷》对太原市中小学教师的抽样调查发现:虽然经过基础教育课程改革,中小学教师的科研意识普遍增强,但教师教育科研能力偏弱,缺乏相应的专业素养,在具体的科研能力上,急需在方案设计能力、实际操作能力和成果提炼与撰写报告能力等方面给予培训和提升。应积极创设条件,强化科研管理,利用各种形式和途径,不断提高中小学教师的教育科研能力。
[Abstract]:A sample survey of primary and secondary school teachers in Taiyuan was carried out by using the questionnaire on the present situation of Scientific Research ability of Primary and Middle School Teachers in Taiyuan. It was found that, although the basic education curriculum reform, the awareness of scientific research of primary and secondary school teachers was generally enhanced. However, teachers' educational and scientific research ability is weak and lacks the corresponding professional accomplishment. In the specific scientific research ability, it is urgent to train and improve the ability of project design, practical operation, production extraction and report writing and so on. We should actively create conditions, strengthen management of scientific research, use various forms and ways to continuously improve the educational and scientific research ability of primary and secondary school teachers.
