高中班主任培养学生合作能力的问题及对策研究
[Abstract]:With the development of education reform, higher demands have been put forward on the class management of class teachers. The development of students is also more based on quality, and the study life and even social life are more emphasis on mutual cooperation and unity and cooperation. In this way, it is very necessary for each high school student to understand the meaning of cooperation and cooperate with each other for the common goal. As the basic unit of school, the management of class is an important part of school education, and the development of student education must depend on the form of class. As the manager of the class and the guide of the students' growth, the head teacher should not only care about the students' academic achievement, but also improve the students' comprehensive quality and practical ability from the general direction of educating people and promoting their growth. Strengthening the cooperation among students is an effective means to improve class cohesion, collective identity, and cultivate students' cooperative ability and consciousness. The author thinks that cooperative ability is the definition of cooperative ability, that is, cooperative ability is the form in which two or more members form a team for the common purpose. In the team, each person must have the individual ability and the ability to cooperate and coordinate. In their own position, the members of the cooperation understand each other, communicate with each other, learn from each other in the continuous cooperation, share their advantages with other members, absorb the advantages of other members to make up for their shortcomings. This paper is divided into four chapters to study the problem of cultivating students' cooperative ability in class management. The first chapter is mainly about the background and significance of the topic, which explains the core nouns, and the relevant explanations and definitions of the existing domestic and foreign materials. And introduced the domestic and foreign related research present situation as well as the research method. The second chapter carries on the questionnaire of the cooperative activities of the senior high school students and the questionnaire of the class management of the high school class teachers, and interviews with the eight teachers in charge of the class. It is found that the present situation of the students' cooperation is not so ideal, and the ability of cooperation still needs to be improved. However, most students are full of expectations for the development of cooperative activities, and have a strong sense of class identity; In the aspect of class teacher, class management is under great pressure and heavy load. There is still a certain understanding of the cultivation of students' cooperative ability on the whole, but the management means are still insufficient, and class management still tends to institutionalize and traditional management. The third chapter analyzes the causes of the high school class teachers to cultivate students' cooperative ability, the fourth chapter, according to the investigation results and reasons of the first two chapters, puts forward the substantive countermeasures to cultivate the students' cooperative ability in the class management. For the class teacher can really improve the cooperation ability of students in class management to provide reference and reference. Through the research on the situation of the high school class teacher in the class management and the present situation of the students' cooperation ability in the class, the purpose of this paper is to change the low efficiency and incorrect management way of the high school class teacher. The present situation of the problem that the students' cooperation consciousness is not strong and the cooperation ability is not high in the class, by collecting and analyzing the relevant data, the reasons of the present situation are indicated, and the corresponding concrete countermeasures to improve the students' cooperative ability in the class management construction are put forward. This paper tries to help the high school class teacher to set up the correct management idea, to improve the class management quality and efficiency, to promote the students to form a good cooperative consciousness, and to strengthen the students' necessary cooperation ability to adapt to the society in the future.
