中小学卓越教师专业成长特质研究

【摘要】:在国际竞争日益激烈的今天,卓越教师作为教师专业发展的理想诉求,体现的不仅是一种追求更是一种层次的定位。纵观国内外,现下的教师教育中对于教师发展阶段论的研究成果丰硕、研究视角多元化。然而,却缺少在专业化视角下对卓越教师专业成长予以关注和考察。中小学卓越教师专业发展各阶段所受影响因素不同,所具备的成长特质有一定的共性特征与个性特征,进而与一般教师发展阶段的划分也不可等同视之。本论文采用文献法、案例研究法,通过中小学卓越教师的教育思想报告会视频和研读其教育随笔、班级管理日记以及他出版的书籍,对其作为卓越教师专业成长的特质进行案例分析和研究。本文主要从四个方面进行论述。首先,是对卓越教师专业成长阶段的再确认。通过对教师专业发展理论的分析与借鉴,总结属于卓越教师特有的阶段化发展趋势,这是对现有教师发展阶段的补充和提升。系统阐述卓越教师将教育作为毕生追求的志业,具有符合自身定位的专业特质,同时卓越教师在成长过程中实现自我突破;其次,在上一章的基础之上对卓越教师发展阶段的细化,并且提出每一阶段影响卓越教师成长的关键因素。每一时期的影响因素不同,分别予以案例支持或论述;再次,通过对卓越教师整个成长轨迹的梳理,分析总结卓越教师所具有的共性特质,即崇高的教育信仰、质朴的教育关怀、魅力的人格品质、矢志不渝的职业责任感、良好的哲学素养、丰富的知识结构、不懈的终身学习、首创精神与行动。最后,笔者在对卓越教师的研究基础上,提出几点中小学卓越教师的个性特质,即少数或部分卓越教师具有其中一点或几点的特质。借此希望卓越教师在不懈发展的同时能够更加全面地向更高、更好的方向前进。本文从不同的研究视角讨论卓越教师自身卓越的特质。将其共性特质和个性特质予以总结归纳,上升到理论的高度。对卓越教师的研究不仅丰富了教师教育研究的理论成果,也为广大中小学教师提供借鉴和参考的蓝本,从而促进中小学教师队伍建设及师资水平提高。
[Abstract]:In today's increasingly fierce international competition, outstanding teachers, as the ideal demand of teacher professional development, reflect not only a pursuit but also a level of orientation. Both at home and abroad, the current research on teacher development stage theory is fruitful, and the perspective of research is diversified. However, there is a lack of attention and investigation on the professional growth of outstanding teachers from the perspective of specialization. The factors that affect the professional development of the outstanding teachers in primary and secondary schools are different, and the characteristics of their growth have some common and individual characteristics, which can not be regarded as equivalent to the division of the development stages of the teachers in general. This thesis adopts the literature method, the case study method, through the primary and middle school teacher's education thought report video and studies its education essay, the class management diary and the book which he publishes, A case study of its professional growth as an outstanding teacher is carried out. This article mainly carries on the discussion from four aspects. First of all, the recognition of the stage of professional growth of outstanding teachers. Based on the analysis and reference of the theory of teacher professional development, this paper summarizes the development trend of the stage that belongs to outstanding teachers, which is the supplement and promotion to the present stage of teachers' development. This paper systematically expounds that excellent teachers regard education as their lifelong pursuit, which has the professional characteristics that accord with their own orientation, and at the same time, the outstanding teachers achieve self-breakthrough in the process of growing up. Secondly, on the basis of the previous chapter, the development stage of outstanding teachers is refined, and the key factors that affect the growth of outstanding teachers are put forward. The influence factors of each period are different, giving case support or discussion respectively; Thirdly, through combing the whole growth track of the outstanding teachers, this paper analyzes and summarizes the common characteristics of the outstanding teachers, that is, the lofty educational belief, the simple educational concern, the charismatic personality quality, the unswerving professional responsibility. Good philosophical literacy, rich knowledge structure, unremitting lifelong learning, initiative and action. Finally, on the basis of the research on the outstanding teachers, the author puts forward several characteristics of the outstanding teachers in primary and secondary schools, that is, a few or some outstanding teachers have one or several of them. In order to hope that outstanding teachers in the unremitting development at the same time can be more comprehensive to a higher, better direction forward. This paper discusses the characteristics of excellence in teachers from different perspectives. Generality and individuality are summed up and raised to the theoretical level. The research on the outstanding teachers not only enriches the theoretical achievements of the research on teacher education, but also provides reference and reference for the majority of primary and secondary school teachers, thus promoting the construction of the primary and secondary school teachers and the improvement of the teachers' level.
