班主任素质的制度规定与改进思路

【摘要】:改进班主任的素质是理论研究与班主任培训的常态话题,对于班主任的素质,有来自国家政策、学校制度的相关规定,有来自家长与社会的期待。在多样且复杂的外部期待下,作为行动者,班主任在实践中的行为则来自于个体自身的加工与选择,正式的制度规定或理论推演的班主任素质发展并不一定是班主任最适合选择的发展目标,确定班主任素质发展的起点非常重要。学术角度的分析可以指明班主任素质发展的理想之路,制度角度的分析可以发现班主任素质改进的现实之路。通过优化工作制度改变班主任事务性的工作方式,班主任才能真正走向专业化发展之路。
[Abstract]:Improving the quality of the head teacher is the normal topic of theoretical research and class teacher training. For the quality of the class teacher, there are related regulations from the national policy, school system, and expectation from parents and society. Under the diverse and complex external expectation, as an actor, the behavior of the head teacher in practice comes from the individual's own processing and selection. The development of the head teacher's quality is not necessarily the most suitable development target for the teacher in charge of the class, and it is very important to determine the starting point of the development of the teacher's quality. The analysis from the academic angle can point out the ideal way to develop the quality of the head teacher, and the analysis from the system angle can find the realistic way to improve the quality of the teacher in charge of the class. Only by optimizing the working system and changing the routine work way of the head teacher can the teacher in charge of the class really move to the road of professional development.
