韩国中学汉语师资培训调查分析

【摘要】:在汉语国际教育事业的发展过程中,汉语教师的培养与培训问题一直备受关注,高水平的汉语师资队伍对于汉语教学的顺利开展发挥着至关重要的作用。韩国作为汉语教学重镇,汉语需求不断增长,尤其在中学阶段,已有2000多所中学开设了汉语课程,汉语已成为韩国中学生最喜爱的第二外语,这种“汉语热”现状也对韩国中学汉语教师的素养提出了新的要求。在新形势下,提高韩国中学汉语师资培训的针对性与科学性尤为重要。本文选取韩国釜山及周边地区的中学汉语教师作为研究对象,运用调查问卷和访谈等方式对其参与的汉语师资培训情况进行调研,并对调研对象进行汉语师资培训需求分析,通过分析以总结现行韩国中学汉语师资培训与参训者需求之间的差异。最后,以山东大学的韩国中学汉语师资培训项目为案例进行分析,了解山东大学该项目运行的基本情况,发现该项目发展的新趋向及动态,在此基础上探索适合于韩国中学汉语师资培训的内容与方式。本文共分五章:第一章为绪论,主要介绍了论文的研究背景、选题意义、研究任务与方法,并就相关文献进行综述。文献综述主要采取图表的形式进行统计分析,并从国际汉语师资培训总体研究、国际汉语师资培训国别化研究、韩国本土汉语师资培训研究三个层次对文献进行整理。第二章是韩国汉语师资培训现状分析,主要对韩国汉语教育现状、韩国汉语师资现状及韩国中学汉语教师的构成及师资培训现状进行了梳理。第三章是针对韩国中学汉语师资培训的调查分析,主要对调研对象参与的汉语师资培训内容及方式进行统计,同时进行汉语师资培训需求分析,以发现现行培训与参训学员需求之间存在的差异。第四章主要选取山东大学的韩国中学汉语师资培训项目为个案进行分析,统计该项目在2010一2014年的开展情况,并从培训对象、培训内容、培训形式等方面对该项目进行总结分析。第五章是对韩国中学汉语师资培训的建议,主要结合前四章的内容从培训组织、培训内容、培训方式及培训评估几个方面对韩国中学汉语师资培训提出了相应建议,希望能为韩国中学汉语师资培训的开展与完善提供一定的参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the course of the development of Chinese international education, the training and training of Chinese teachers have been paid close attention to, and the high level of Chinese teachers plays an important role in the smooth development of Chinese language teaching. As a major Chinese language teaching center in South Korea, the demand for Chinese language is growing. Especially in the middle school stage, more than 2000 middle schools have offered Chinese courses, and Chinese has become the second most popular foreign language of Korean middle school students. This "Chinese fever" also puts forward new requirements for the quality of Korean middle school Chinese teachers. Under the new situation, it is very important to improve the pertinence and scientificity of Korean middle school Chinese teacher training. This paper selects the middle school Chinese teachers in Busan, South Korea and the surrounding areas as the research object, and makes an investigation on the Chinese teachers' training situation by means of questionnaire and interview, and analyzes the needs of the Chinese teachers' training. This paper summarizes the difference between the training of Chinese teachers and the needs of participants. Finally, taking the Korean middle school Chinese teacher training project of Shandong University as a case study, to understand the basic situation of the project, and find out the new trend and development of the project. On the basis of this, it explores the contents and methods of teacher training suitable for Korean middle school students. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, the significance of the topic, the research tasks and methods, and summarizes the relevant literature. The literature review mainly adopts the form of chart to carry on the statistical analysis, and carries on the collation from the international Chinese teacher training overall research, the international Chinese teacher training national research, the Korean native Chinese teacher training research three levels carries on the collation to the literature. The second chapter is the Korean Chinese teacher training status analysis, mainly on the Korean Chinese education status, Korean Chinese teachers and the composition of Korean middle school Chinese teachers and teacher training status. The third chapter is aimed at the investigation and analysis of the Chinese teachers' training in middle school in Korea. It mainly makes statistics on the contents and methods of the Chinese teachers' training, and analyzes the needs of the Chinese teachers' training. In order to find the difference between the current training and the needs of trainees. The fourth chapter mainly selects the Korean middle school Chinese teacher training project of Shandong University as a case analysis, statistics the development of the project from 2010 to 2014, and from the training object, training content, Training form and other aspects of the project are summarized and analyzed. The fifth chapter is to the Korean middle school Chinese teacher training suggestion, mainly unifies the first four chapters content from the training organization, the training content, the training method and the training appraisal several aspects has proposed the corresponding suggestion to the Korean middle school Chinese teacher training. Hope to provide some reference and reference for the development and improvement of Korean middle school Chinese teacher training.
