加拿大教材管理的经验和借鉴

【摘要】:加拿大在教材开发主体和类型、审批规程和标准、选用权限等关键环节的政策制定和实施上具有鲜明特点和成熟经验,值得学习和借鉴。应以我国文化、教育发展实际和发展理念,从构建教材管理新模式、改进和完善教材管理办法和评审标准、保护教材著作权、试行教材租用等方面改进和完善我国教材建设,以保障教材建设可持续、高质量、健康发展,满足创新人才培养的需要。
[Abstract]:Canada has distinct characteristics and mature experience in the development of textbooks, examination and approval procedures and standards, choice of authority and other key links of the policy formulation and implementation of the distinctive characteristics and mature experience, it is worth learning and learning. We should improve and perfect the construction of teaching materials in our country from the aspects of constructing a new model of textbook management, improving and perfecting the methods of teaching material management and evaluation standards, protecting the copyright of teaching materials, trying out the lease of teaching materials, and so on, based on the actual development and development concept of Chinese culture and education. In order to ensure the construction of teaching materials sustainable, high quality, healthy development, meet the needs of innovative talent training.
