高中生物学学案教学现状的调查研究

【摘要】:随着教育改革的推进与深入,我国基础教育事业正在发生着日新月异的变化。课堂教学模式的改变是基础教育改革的重要方面,许多地区的教学模式由原本的“教案教学”逐步转变为近年来教育专家和教育工作者所推崇的“学案教学”。学案教学是以学案为“载体”,以教师的引导调控为手段,突出学生自主学习,注重学习方法指导,注重培养学生的探究能力和创新意识,有效地发展学生的综合素质、提高教与学双方效益的教学模式。本文旨在通过呈现对学案教学现状的调查与分析,使广大师生更加全面、清楚的了解学案教学的现状,以便更好地规划今后的教学工作,从而提高教学质量和全面实现素质教育。为研究学案教学在当前高中生物学教学过程中的应用情况,作者通过文献资料法、调查法、观察法等教育研究方法,针对当前学案在教学过程中使用现状及存在的问题进行了调查研究。调查对象为山东省青岛第三中学学生600名(高一至高三年级各随机挑选四个班)和青岛市部分高中教师40名。其中学生调查问卷共发放600份,回收587份,其中有效问卷570份,有效回收率是95%;教师调查问卷共发放40份,回收40份,其中无效问卷0份,有效回收率为100%。为了从更多方面对学案教学有一个全面了解,还对14名教师进行了访谈。调查结果显示,90%以上的学生认为学案教学对提高其学习成绩有所帮助,但是很多学生还没有完全适应学案教学模式,对于如何正确使用学案进行学习还了解地不深,并且有超过一半的学生认为学案教学并没有改变其在课堂教学过程中被动学习者的角色。超过80%的教师愿意继续运用学案辅助教学,但是对学案及学案教学的理解与继续学习、学案的编制等方面仍然存在不少问题。由此可以看出,学案教学模式有利于提高高中学生的生物学习成绩,但是,还没有充分发挥其理论优势:即通过学案教学的实施,提高学生学习的主动性,发展学生的探究能力和创新能力,使学生在课堂教学过程中从知识的被动接受者转变为知识的主动探索者。通过对调查结果的分析,作者认为:要想增强学生的主体意识和探究能力,应该从小培养学生学习习惯与方法;加强学生对于学案的认识以及使用学案的方法指导;加强教师对学案及学案教学的认识与继续学习;增强教师学案的编制与学案教学能力;教育主管部门要加强教师培训;在推行新教育模式与方法时要结合具体情况、因材施教;完善考试评价体系等。
[Abstract]:With the advancement and deepening of educational reform, the cause of basic education in our country is changing with each passing day. The change of classroom teaching mode is an important aspect of the basic education reform. The teaching mode in many areas has gradually changed from the original "teaching plan" to the "teaching plan" advocated by educational experts and educators in recent years. The teaching of learning plan is to take the case as the carrier, to take the teacher's guidance and regulation as the means, to stress the students' independent learning, to pay attention to the guidance of learning methods, to cultivate the students' inquiry ability and innovative consciousness, and to effectively develop the students' comprehensive quality. The teaching mode of improving the efficiency of both teaching and learning. The purpose of this paper is to make the teachers and students understand the present situation of the teaching plan more comprehensively and clearly through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the teaching plan, in order to better plan the teaching work in the future. So as to improve the quality of teaching and the overall realization of quality education. In order to study the application of learning-plan teaching in the course of biology teaching in senior high school, the author adopts the methods of literature, investigation, observation and other educational research methods. This paper investigates the present situation and existing problems of the use of the learning plan in the teaching process. The subjects were 600 students from Qingdao No. 3 Middle School (four classes were randomly selected from Grade one to Grade three) and 40 senior high school teachers from Qingdao. Among them, 600 questionnaires were sent out and 587 were recovered, of which 570 were valid, and the effective recovery rate was 95. Among them, 40 were handed out and 40 were recovered, of which 0 were invalid, and the effective recovery was 100. In order to have a comprehensive understanding of learning plan teaching from more aspects, 14 teachers were interviewed. The results show that more than 90% of the students think that learning plan teaching is helpful to improve their academic performance, but many students have not fully adapted to the pattern of learning plan teaching, and they do not have a deep understanding of how to use the study plan correctly. And more than half of the students believe that the teaching of learning plan does not change their role as a passive learner in the classroom teaching process. More than 80% of the teachers are willing to continue to use the learning plan to assist teaching, but there are still many problems in the understanding and continuous learning of the learning plan and teaching, and the compilation of the study plan. From this, we can see that the teaching mode of learning plan is beneficial to improve the students' biological learning achievement, but it has not brought its theoretical advantages into full play: that is, to improve the students' initiative in learning through the implementation of learning plan teaching. By developing students' ability of inquiry and innovation, students can change from passive receiver of knowledge to active seeker of knowledge in the course of classroom teaching. Through the analysis of the investigation results, the author thinks that in order to enhance the students' subjective consciousness and inquiry ability, we should cultivate the students' study habits and methods from childhood, strengthen the students' understanding of the study plan and the guidance of the method of using the study plan. To strengthen teachers' understanding and continuous learning of learning plan and teaching plan; to strengthen teachers' ability to compile and plan learning plans; to strengthen teachers' training in charge of education; to carry out new educational models and methods in light of specific conditions, and to teach students according to their aptitude; Perfect examination evaluation system and so on.
