鹤壁市淇县初中体育器材现状与对策研究

【摘要】：学校体育是学校教育工作的重要组成部分,对增强学生体质、增强健康意识,养成终身体育的习惯,提高社会总体健康水平具有重要作用。中小学生正处在长身体的时期,加强中小学体育工作,对提高全民族的身体素质,培养全面发展的一代新人,关系尤为重大。实践表明,体育运动确实对中小学生的健康成长起到了举足轻重的作用,对学生的全面发展有非常重要的意义。体育器材资源是学校体育工作中不可缺少物质条件,是保证学校体育教学组织实施、开展课余运动训练,丰富学生课外体育文化活动顺利进行所必不可少的根本保障,是对学校体育工作进行评估、检查,衡量其是否规范的重要内容之一。为全面了解鹤壁市淇县初级初中体育场地器材现状,以及《中小学体育器材》标准的贯彻落实情况,本文以淇县初级初中体育器材的基本情况为研究对象。通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计等研究方法,对淇县初级中学体育器材现状进行调查分析,得出以下结论：1.鹤壁淇县初中体育器材配备总体水平与国家《初中体育场地器材配备目录》要求有差距,达不到教育部规定必配标准。农村初中器材配备要好于县城初中。2.淇县初中教师常用和学生常用的体育器材有,篮球、实心球、乒乓球类。学生希望添置的体育器材的是,篮球、实心球、乒乓球类、羽毛球。3.淇县初级初中的体育器材购置不规范,监督缺失。4.淇县大部分初级初中的体育器材损坏后,维修、更换情况不及时。淇县初级初中体育教师普遍认为小型体育器材半年为一个更新周期。而对于大型体育器材的更新周期为4年。5.淇县初中体育教师的器材开发情况不好,教师对于体育器材开发的主要的阻力是没有现成的模式参考、没有资金支持。6.淇县初级初中体育器材配备主要存在的问题是：没有场地安装体育器材,体育器材配备质量不好。针对淇县初中体育器材存在问题提出以下对策：1、利用上级检查、验收这个杠杆,督促学校加大体育器材配备力度,特别是县城初中体育器材缺少较多的学校。2、根据调查学生、教师常用体育器材,以及体育器材需求,学校应该优先配备篮球、实心球、乒乓球类体育器材。3、根据各个学校体育场地实际情况,合理配备体育器材,对于体育器材配备应该加大监督力度,使体育器材购置资金真正用在体育器材上,预防不合格的体育器材进入学校。4、建议上级部门和学校根据学校体育教师对体育器材更新周期,合理的更新体育器材。5、加大体育器材开发资金支持,通过教师培训、学习体育器材开发模式,创造出淇县初级初中自己的体育器材开发模式。
[Abstract]:School physical education is an important part of school education, which plays an important role in strengthening students' physique, strengthening their health consciousness, forming the habit of lifelong physical education and improving the overall health level of society. The primary and middle school students are in the period of long body. It is of great importance to strengthen the physical work of the middle and primary schools to improve the physical quality of the whole nation and to cultivate the new generation with all-round development. Practice shows that sports really play an important role in the healthy growth of primary and middle school students, and have very important significance to the all-round development of students. Sports equipment resource is an indispensable material condition in school physical education work. It is the essential guarantee to ensure the implementation of school physical education teaching organization, to carry out extracurricular sports training, and to enrich students' extracurricular sports and cultural activities. It is one of the important contents of evaluating, checking and measuring the school physical education work. In order to fully understand the present situation of sports equipment in primary junior middle school in Qi County, Hebi City, and the implementation of the Standard of Sports equipment in Primary and Middle Schools, this paper takes the basic situation of sports equipment in primary junior middle school in Qi County as the research object. Through literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and other research methods, Qixian junior middle school sports equipment investigation and analysis, draw the following conclusions: 1. The overall level of sports equipment in Hebi Qi County is different from the requirement of the National Junior Middle School Sports Field equipment catalogue, which can not meet the required standard stipulated by the Ministry of Education. Rural junior high school equipment is better than county junior high school. 2. Qi County junior high school teachers and students commonly used sports equipment, basketball, solid ball, table tennis. Students want to buy sports equipment is basketball, solid ball, table tennis, badminton. 3. Qi County junior high school sports equipment acquisition is not standardized, the lack of supervision. 4. Qi County most junior high school sports equipment damage, maintenance, replacement situation is not timely. Qi County junior middle school physical education teachers generally think that small sports equipment for half a year as an update cycle. The renewal period for large sports equipment is 4. 5. 5. Qi county junior middle school physical education teacher's equipment development situation is not good, the teacher to the sports equipment development main resistance is does not have the ready-made pattern reference, does not have the fund support. The main problems of sports equipment in Qi county junior middle school are: there is no space to install sports equipment, and the quality of sports equipment is not good. The following countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems of sports equipment in Qixian junior middle school: 1. Using the lever of superior inspection and acceptance, urging schools to increase the equipment of sports equipment, especially the lack of more sports equipment in junior high school in county town. 2. According to the investigation of students and teachers' common sports equipment and the demand for sports equipment, schools should give priority to the provision of basketball, solid ball, and table tennis sports equipment. 3. According to the actual conditions of each school's sports venues, the school should reasonably allocate sports equipment. We should step up supervision over the provision of sports equipment, so that the funds for the purchase of sports equipment should really be spent on sports equipment, so as to prevent the entry of unqualified sports equipment into schools. It is suggested that higher departments and schools should rationally update sports equipment according to the renewal cycle of PE teachers in schools, increase the fund support for the development of PE equipment, and study the development mode of PE equipment through teacher training. Create the Qi County junior high school own sports equipment development model.
