晶华学校初中班主任班级管理的实践与思考

【摘要】:新课程改革以来,倡导“以学生为本”的学生观,越来越重视学生素质的全面提高。在学生成长过程中,初中阶段是孩子的人生观、价值观逐渐形成的时期,是孩子发展的关键时期,也是孩子发展的转折时期。而班主任是与学生接触最广泛,同时也是最了解学生的。因此初中班主任的管理工作对一个班级的发展、对每个孩子自身的发展有着非常重要的作用。本文首先从理论的层面对班主任和班级管理的相关文献进行整理分析,其次是通过对我校几位班主任班级管理实践以及自身从事班主任工作的经验出发进行研究分析,记录班级管理中的典型事件并进行分析、总结,发现了班级管理中的问题,最后从班主任、学校、社会三个方面提出了促进班主任更好的管理班级的建议。
[Abstract]:Since the new curriculum reform, more and more attention has been paid to the improvement of students' quality. In the process of students' growth, the junior middle school stage is the period of children's outlook on life, the period of values gradually forming, the key period of children's development, and the turning point period of children's development. The class teacher is the most extensive contact with students, but also the best understanding of students. Therefore, the management of the head teacher in junior middle school plays an important role in the development of a class and the development of each child. In this paper, first of all, from the theoretical level to sort out and analyze the class teacher and class management literature, and secondly, through the practice of several class teachers in our school and their own experience in the work of class teachers to carry out research and analysis. This paper records the typical events in class management, analyzes, summarizes, finds out the problems in class management, and finally puts forward some suggestions to promote better class management from three aspects: class teacher, school and society.
