全员参与式课堂探究——让每位学生成为课堂的贡献者

【摘要】：全员参与式课堂的主旨在于实现学生参与的全体化,使每个学生都有发展,对课堂的生成都有贡献,全员参与式课堂关照到课堂上的每一个人,尤其是课堂上的"边缘人",强调课堂上多样的互动。然而,全员参与式课堂既受制于教学目标的落实,又在主观上受教师多元文化素养的约束,客观上受大班额教学的制约。全员参与式课堂的建构在于:营造关注学习的环境,有效运用提问策略,运用"差异教学",给所有人"体验成功"的机会。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of the full participatory classroom is to realize the integration of students' participation, so that each student can develop and contribute to the generation of the classroom. The whole participatory classroom takes care of everyone in the classroom, especially the "marginal people" in the classroom. Emphasize diverse interactions in the classroom. However, the full participation classroom is not only restricted by the implementation of teaching objectives, but also subjectively restricted by teachers' multicultural literacy, and objectively restricted by the teaching of large class size. The construction of participatory classroom consists in creating an environment that pays attention to learning, using questioning strategies effectively, using "differential teaching", and giving all people the opportunity to "experience success".
