我国中小学学校转型中的领导变革探析

【摘要】:社会转型中的领导身份错位制约着领导变革,领导身份纠位需要干预的分寸感来修复"领导"和"管理"的断裂,从"人""事"分离转向"人""事"互生,自我孤军奋战的领导角色转变为集体的团结协作。这样的学校领导是在学校转型性的变革实践中,通过个人品质从"自觉"经"自信"升格为"自强",不断探索真实的教师需求和前移后续的校际互动来实现自我成长。
[Abstract]:The dislocation of leadership identity in the social transition restricts the leadership reform, and the sense of discretion needed to intervene to repair the rupture of "leadership" and "management", from the separation of "people" and "things" to "people" and "things". Self-alone leadership has transformed into collective unity and collaboration. This kind of school leader is in the school transformation practice, through the personal quality from "self-conscious" through "self-confidence" to "self-strengthening", constantly explore the real teachers' needs and the follow-up inter-school interaction to achieve self-growth.
