能想会干的完美主义者:省级教育官员眼中的“名校长”

【摘要】:通过对负责遴选教育部首期中小学名校长领航工程"名校长"的10位省级教育官员的访谈,运用成员分类分析法进行数据分析发现,入选的"名校长"具备多校成功办学者、学校价值引领者、成就动机强烈者、目标实现执行者、教育情怀深切者、教育科研倡导者、教师发展助力者、数据分析者等八种角色的相关特质。
[Abstract]:Through interviews with 10 provincial education officials responsible for the selection of the first stage of the Ministry of Education's pilot project for primary and secondary school principals, using the member classification analysis method, the data analysis shows that the selected "famous principals" have successfully run scholars in a number of schools. The characteristics of eight roles, such as school value leader, achievement motivation strong, goal realization executive, education deep concern, education research advocate, teacher development aid, data analyst and so on, are related characteristics of the school value leader, achievement motivation, goal fulfillment, education sentiment, education research advocate, teacher development aid, data analyst and so on.
