美国“变革方程”引领下的STEM课程项目:开发、应用与共享机制

【摘要】:在美国积极推进STEM教育改革进程中,"变革方程"作为非党派、非盈利性的第三方组织,扮演了极其重要的角色,架起了政府推进、企业支持的合作桥梁。"变革方程"构建了STEM课程项目数据库,提供丰富的K-12阶段优质STEM项目资源,制定了STEM项目的设计原则与评价量规,基于对需求与受众的明确指向,辅以持续监控的评估体系,推动优质STEM课程项目资源的动态生成,保证项目实施的有效性、企业进行项目投资的有效性与项目推广的长效机制的建立。"变革方程"提供了基于网络的资源共享平台,共享经过独立机构评估的优质资源,避免资源重复建设,为STEM教育实践者提供课程项目案例模板,引导企业合理投资,构成涵盖校内校外以及教育系统内外,和谐共生的STEM教育生态系统,推进STEM教育的开展。为我国推进STEM课程资源的建设与共享,促进多方力量共同推动STEM教育发展提供了有益借鉴。
[Abstract]:As a non-partisan, non-profit third-party organization, the "equation of change" has played an extremely important role in the process of promoting STEM education reform in the United States, and has set up a bridge of cooperation between the government and the support of enterprises. " The change equation "constructs the database of STEM course project, provides abundant STEM project resources in 12 stages, and formulates the design principle and evaluation gauge of STEM project, which is based on the clear direction of demand and audience." The evaluation system of continuous monitoring can promote the dynamic generation of high-quality STEM curriculum project resources, ensure the effectiveness of project implementation, the effectiveness of enterprise investment in projects and the establishment of a long-term mechanism for project promotion. " The change equation provides a network-based resource sharing platform, shares high-quality resources assessed by independent organizations, avoids duplicate construction of resources, provides STEM educational practitioners with case templates for curriculum projects, and guides enterprises to invest reasonably. Constitute a harmonious symbiosis of STEM education ecosystem, including inside and outside the school as well as inside and outside the education system, and promote the development of STEM education. It provides a useful reference for China to promote the construction and sharing of STEM curriculum resources and to promote the development of STEM education by various forces.
