海外研修对云南滇西边境地区中学英语教师专业发展的影响研究

  近年来,为了推进教育国际化、培养具有外语沟通能力和全球视野的国际化人才,我国大规模选派外语教师赴海外访学、培训和攻读学位,海外研修成为促进外语教师学习与发展的有机组成部分。在这样的背景和趋势下,研究海外学习经历对教师专业发展产生的影响和挑战就显得尤为重要。本研究以社会文化理论为研究视角,采用了定性和定量相结合的研究方法调查了海外研修项目给滇西边境地区的中学英语教师专业发展带来的影响及挑战。在本研究中,具体应用了4种方法来收集数据:(1)本研究共调研了11所滇西边境地区的中学,访谈了15位中学英语教师;(2)在实地调研中,深入到了18节英语课堂中进行课堂观察;(3)为深入了解受训教师对海外研修项目的评价,以及海外培训给受训教师带来的影响和挑战,本研究共收集了181份教师问卷和969份学生问卷。研究结果发现:(1)滇西边境地区中学英语教师对海外研修项持有较高的满意度;(2)海外研修是促进英语教师专业发展的有效途径。同时,在将海外所学进行本土化的过程中,受训教师还面临着一些挑战并需要在教学的过程中进行调整再适应;(3)在教学态度的转变、语言知识的更新和教学技能的丰富方面,学生认为海外受训教师...
