职前与在职中学英语教师语言评价素养培训需求调查研究

本论文研究了职前与在职中学英语教师的语言评价素养培训需求。教师的语言评价素养是教育评价领域一个重要的话题。在中国教育课程改革的进程中,教育评价的改革已成为一个热门话题。而教育评价改革的成功很大程度上取决于教师关于教育评价所掌握的知识与技能。因此,教师的语言评价素养水平在教育改革的浪潮中占有重要地位。语言评价素养的培训是提高教师语言评价素养的重要手段之一,而在中国,根据已有的文献,关于职前与在职中学英语教师的语言评价素养培训需求的研究还有所欠缺。本研究旨在调查研究职前与在职中学英语教师的语言评价素养培训需求的不同,了解他们目前在语言测试领域所掌握知识的状况,以及他们在职前与在职培训中学习语言评价知识的情况。本研究采用了定量研究加定性研究的方式,调查了武汉职前与在职中学英语教师自身接受语言评价素养培训的程度与需求。定量研究部分采用调查问卷,受试者为103名中学英语在职教师,与109名职前英语教师,即大四英语专业师范生或者英语教育专业学生,并且他们刚完成了在武汉多所中学的教育实习。随后的定量研究采用半结构化采访形式,调查了14名在职英语教师与15名职前教师。研究结果发现,职前与在职教师的语言...
