【摘要】：农村成人教育是我国成人教育事业的一部分,是我国农村教育的一部分,更是我国整个教育事业的重要组成部分。中国是一个地道的农业大国和农民大国,充分认识农村成人教育的重要性、大力发展农村成人教育具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。首先本研究从农村成人教育、新农村建设概念入手,对我国农村成人教育的理论基础和特点进行了分析。其次,本文对于新农村建设背景下,大力发展农村成人教育的必要性进行了探讨。再次,根据新中国的历史演进和农村成人教育的发展状况,将我国农村成人教育的发展历程大体分为四个阶段,分析了我国农村成人教育的发展历程。随后,在数据分析和问卷调查的基础上,对我国农村成人教育的发展现状及存在的问题进行了深入研究。最后,根据理论分析和问卷调查结果,本文从思想认识,管理体系,基础设施建设,观念、制度、经费等方面的制度保障,探索新的发展方式等方面,提出了发展我国农村成人教育的对策与建议。
[Abstract]:Adult education in rural areas is part of China's adult education. It is part of rural education in China, and it is also an important part of the whole educational cause of our country. China is a large agricultural country and a large country of farmers. It is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance to fully understand the importance of rural adult education and vigorously develop rural adult education. First of all, this study starts with the concept of rural adult education and new rural construction, and analyzes the theoretical basis and characteristics of rural adult education in China. Secondly, this paper discusses the necessity of developing rural adult education in the context of the new rural construction. Thirdly, according to the historical evolution of new China and the development of rural adult education, the development process of rural adult education in China can be roughly divided into four stages, and the development process of rural adult education in China is analyzed. Then, on the basis of data analysis and questionnaire survey, the present situation and existing problems of rural adult education in China are deeply studied. Finally, according to the theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey results, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rural adult education in China from the aspects of ideological recognition, management system, infrastructure construction, ideas, systems, funds and other aspects, and explores new ways of development.
