【摘要】：始于十九世纪末的社区教育(community education)历经百余年发展至今,已成为构筑终身教育体系的基石,是我们通往学习化社会的重要桥梁。目前,虽然中国的社区教育已经有了长足的进步,但是距离实现学习化社会的要求依然还有很长一段路要走。何种途径可以更有效地促进社区教育的大发展,正逐渐引起社会各界的思考。如何充分发挥高等职业教育的优势,使高职教育与社区教育互补发展是一条人们正在积极探索的道路。高等职业院校(以下简称高职院校)是我国高等职业教育的办学主体,其人才培养目标是以就业为导向的教育目的,而且我国丰富高职院校教育资源,使得它有了成为社区教育发挥职教功能的合作伙伴的可能。就目前高职院校参与社区发展的实践经验来看,已经有很多高职院校在为当地社区教育服务,努力探索高等职业教育和社区教育相贯通的新模式。鉴于此,探讨高职院校参与社区教育的模式,是一个很有吸引力的理论和实践结合的问题。本文从“三大理念”——终身教育、终身学习、学习化社会大背景出发,通过比较以往中外发达地区的社区教育模式,导出高职院校参与社区教育发展模式。在总结实践经验的基础上探讨了该模式发展到现阶段所遇见的困难,提出相应策略与建议,以期日后可以为他人的学习和工作提供有意义的帮助。
[Abstract]:In community education at the end of nineteenth Century (Community Education) after 100 years of development so far, has become a cornerstone of constructing lifelong education system, is an important bridge for us to study society. At present, although the Chinese community education has made great progress, but the distance learning society still has a long way to go. How can more effectively promote the development of community education, has caused the thinking of the social public. How to give full play to the advantages of higher occupation education, education and community education is a complementary development of people are actively exploring the road of higher vocational education. Higher occupation colleges (hereinafter referred to as the higher occupation education in Higher Vocational Colleges) our school subjects, the goal of talent cultivation is an employment oriented education, and China is rich in educational resources in higher vocational colleges, which has become The function of vocational education partners may for community education. Participation in community development in Higher Vocational Colleges at present practical experience, there have been many vocational colleges for the local community education service, strive to explore new pattern of higher occupation education and community education through the phase. In view of this, higher vocational colleges to participate in community education mode is with a very attractive theoretical and practical problems. This article from the "three ideas": lifelong education, lifelong learning, learning society background, through community education model compared with the previous foreign developed areas, participation in community development model of education in higher vocational colleges. The model is derived in the present development of met the difficulties on the basis of practical experience, put forward the corresponding strategies and suggestions to date can provide significant help for others to learn and work.
