【摘要】：基于浙江省第一批专业技术人员继续教育基地中样本学校的运作模式、创新形式、适用范围等进行归类,为继续教育实践及决策提供信息反馈,建议在挖掘各行业人才潜在学习意愿、实施各类别人才的教育工程、完善继续教育服务体系、加强继续教育理论研究等方面寻求新的发展等方面进行完善。
