【摘要】：中共中央、国务院在2016年的《关于落实发展新理念加快农业现代化,实现全面小康目标的若干意见》的中央一号文件中,再次强调“加快培育新型职业农民,将职业农民培育纳入国家教育培训发展规划,把职业农民培养成建设现代农业的主导力量”[1]。新型职业农民作为农业转型时期产生的新的职业领域,中共中央多次在历年的中央一号文件中提出要坚持农民主体地位,将解决农民问题放在“三农”问题首位。大力培育新型职业农民不仅要提高其职业技能,同时也要提高新型职业农民的职业道德。增强新型职业农民的职业道德意识,规范新型职业农民生产经营活动,全面塑造拥有较高职业道德素养的,受过系统文化教育、熟练掌握专业技能、拥有优秀管理能力、具备强烈责任意识的新型职业农民。我国正处在经济转型的时期,在传统农业向现代农业转化的过程中,在社会主义新农村的建设稳步发展下,加快提升新型职业农民的职业道德,不仅是适应新时代农民、农村、农业发展变化的新形势新要求,也是夺取全面建设小康社会新胜利的必然要求,不仅有利于新型职业农民价值的体现,同时对新农村建设、农业现代化发展有着十分积极的推动作用。本文以新型职业农民职业道德培育为研究对象,首先从新型职业农民的概念界定入手,分析了新型职业农民与传统农民的区别,阐述了新型职业农民的特点,将新型职业农民界定为有文化、懂技术、会经营,并具有强烈社会责任感与职业道德的农民,同时提出了新型职业农民职业道德的基本要求。然后深入分析了当今新型职业农民的职业道德现状,从职业道德意识与职业道德行为两方面阐述了新型职业农民职业道德现存问题,并继而阐述了新型职业农民的职业道德培育现存问题,从外在社会环境、职业道德培育主体、新型职业农民自身、培育的内容与方法等方面分析了制约新型职业农民职业道德发展的原因。最后,在前文分析的基础上,结合我国当前实际情况,从完善外部环境、加强培育主体职责、加强新型职业农民自身素质、丰富培育方式等方面,探讨了培育和提高新型职业农民的职业道德路径。

In this paper, the new occupation farmer occupation moral cultivation as the research object, first from the concept of the new occupation farmer's definition, analysis of new farmers and traditional farmers occupation The difference, describes the features of the new occupation farmer, the farmer is defined as a new occupation culture, understand technology, business management, and has a strong sense of social responsibility and occupation morals of farmers, and puts forward the basic requirements of the new occupation farmer occupation morals. Then analysis the occupation moral situation of today's new occupation farmer, model the farmer occupation occupation moral problems existing in two aspects of occupation moral consciousness and occupation moral behavior, and then discusses the existing problems of occupation moral cultivation of new occupation farmer, from the social environment, occupational moral cultivation of the subject, the new occupation farmer own, the reason for restricting the new occupation farmer occupation moral development analysis training content and methods. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, combined with the actual situation of our country, from the improvement of external environment, strengthen the cultivation of the main responsibility, strengthen The new occupation farmer own quality, enrich the cultivation mode, to cultivate and improve the occupation moral path of the new occupation farmer.
