【摘要】：我国独立设置成人高校作为成人高等教育的重要组成部分,在特定的历史时期为国家教育事业的发展,推动社会经济发展进步提供了大量人才,尤其是为高等教育的快速发展做出了不可忽视的贡献。然而,随着普通高等学校的扩招、独立设置成人高校自身诸多问题等主客观原因,造成了我国独立设置成人高校数量骤减、质量饱受诟病等一系列问题。本研究正是立足于此背景,通过对我国独立设置成人高校发展历程的梳理,探寻陷入如此困境的深层次原因。飞速发展的时代和日新月异的社会变化向独立设置成人高校转型发展发出了有力的挑战。而互联网教育的异军突起、教育全球化进程的加快以及学习型社会的建设,独立设置成人高校转型发展又迎来了新的机遇期,我国独立设置成人高校应该如何顺势而为,抓住机遇,在转型发展进程中应该重视哪些关键环节以做出相应的调整,国外成人高等院校又有哪些成功转型的案例可以拿来借鉴,以及我国现有的独立设置成人高校发展情况如何,本研究正是在回答这些问题的过程中逐渐明晰独立设置成人高校转型发展的核心要素。在此基础上,针对我国成人高等教育的具体国情,提出了独立设置成人高校转型发展的基本思路和主要设计,以期为后续研究者提供些许参考。
[Abstract]:China's independent adult colleges as an important part of adult education, in a specific historical period for the development of education, promote social and economic development to provide a large number of talents, especially the rapid development of higher education has made a significant contribution. This research is based on this background, through to our country independent development of adult higher education review, explore the deep-seated reasons in such a mess. The rapid development in transition the development of the times and social change rapidly changes to the independent adult college issued a strong challenge. But the Internet Education Education into the global A new force suddenly rises.. The construction process and the rapid development of the learning society, the independent adult college development ushered in the new period, our country independent adult colleges should seize the opportunity, how to go, in the process of transformation and development should pay attention to what the key link to make the corresponding adjustment, the adult higher colleges abroad and what the case of successful transformation can be used for reference, and our existing independent adult college development, this research is the core factor in the process of answering these questions gradually clear independent transformation and development of adult higher education. On this basis, according to the specific conditions of China's adult higher education, puts forward the basic ideas of the transformation and development of independent adult the main design and, in order to provide some reference for future research.
