以临床胜任力为导向输血医师培训模式的探讨

【摘要】：输血医学同其他临床医学学科联系得日益紧密,输血科越来越需要较高层次的输血医师。输血医师不但能从事临床会诊、临床治疗,而且要承担或参与临床用血管理和培训;但我国输血医师培训却远远滞后于临床对输血医师的需求。我们以提高临床胜任力为出发点,探讨输血医师培训的新模式——在输血医师培训起始,便以"临床胜任力"为目的作为输血医师整个培训教育体系的主导,围绕此制定培训目标、构建培训内容、设定培训考核项目——以求培养出适应临床需求的输血医师。
[Abstract]:Blood transfusion medicine is more and more closely related to other clinical medicine disciplines. Blood transfusion departments need more and more high-level transfusion physicians. Transfusion physicians can not only be engaged in clinical consultation, clinical treatment. And to undertake or participate in clinical blood management and training; However, the training of transfusion doctors in China lags far behind the needs of transfusion doctors in clinical practice. In order to improve the clinical competence, we discuss the new model of blood transfusion doctors training-the beginning of the training of transfusion doctors. "Clinical competence" as the purpose of the whole training and education system of blood transfusion doctors, set up the training objectives around this, and build the training content. Set up training and assessment program-to train blood transfusion physicians to meet clinical needs.
